Chapter 08: On Their Way.

Valerie watched as the prince shoved the knife completely into the Doctors skull. After it got all the way deep, it finally made it to it's brain, then Drake pulled it out. Doctor Elroy's forehead started spilling out blood, until it reached the floor.

"Thanks for your cooperation," Drake said. The Citizen Vampire scolded the prince. "DRAKE, HE JUST HEALED YOU," Valerie yelled. "Yeah well he had a good reason for it," Drake explained. "He was two days from retirement." "Is this what you do for a living?" Valerie asked. "Kill who ever you want to with made up reasons." "I am the master of you," Drake said. "You are my assistant, you got a problem with it, then I suggest those lips of yours stay shut before I sow them up for you, I'm I clear?" "Crystal, Master," Valerie said sighing.

After leaving the Healing Room, Valerie followed Drake around the building. "Well if it isn't my old pal Drake," someone said. They turned around, and found a guy in a green suit with orange hair. "Maurice, just the person I didn't want to see," Drake said. "I'm guessing that girl behind you is your assistant," Maurice said. "Never wondered if you would get one or not." "My name's Valerie Sir," The Citizen Vampire said in a shy tone. Valerie didn't want to get involved because of her new nature, and she did take that opportunity the first time her brother in countered Drake.

"Work on the street is you were thinking of going to Wood Nick," Maurice said. "To try and find the Lunar Balls again? Bad news your highness, Vurachu's already gonna beat you to it." "How could he find that out," Drake said.  "I never had my scanner on, unless."

Drake stopped talking then ran to his carriage, while holding on to Valerie's hand. Then after reaching getting in his carriage, he started the engine, and took off. "GOD DAMMIT," Drake screamed while driving.
