Chapter 16: Rivalries End.

Drake landed at the farthest part away from any villages so he wouldn't draw any attention. After getting out of his carriage, to check the damage, it was half underground. It would take hours to dig it back up. Then a familiar figure appeared behind the prince.

"What's the matter, Drake?" Maurice said. "Did your assistant forget to pack the shovel?" "Very funny Maurice," Drake said. "She's not with me, I left her with a teacher to catch up on her vampire training." "How sweet, your grandpa's helping a little girl," Maurice said with sarcasm. "If you want to keep that mouth, I suggest you keep it closed before I sew them shut," Drake said. "Please, Drake," Maurice said. "You and I both know that we have similar strength levels almost closer to Vurachu's level. You don't stand a chance."

"That's where you're wrong Maurice," Drake said. "Because what you didn't find out is that my vampire kind can increase our strength levels every time we get hurt." "So your point is?" Maurice asked. "And when I was in North America, I got hurt after fighting two identical vampire slayers, and a fat dumb ass with a Dagger Glove," Drake explained. "So that means you'll be screwed.y

"Well that's good to hear," Maurice said shockingly. "Now I hope you enjoyed hearing my secret, because your not sharing with anyone," Drake said. "But I hate you," Maurice said. "Why would I even tell anyone that-". Before Maurice could finish, Drake used his knife, and stabbed through his rib cage. Then Drake watched Maurice moan in pain, until eventually he died. "Best moment ever," Drake said.
