Citizen Vampire 2: The Prince Returns.

Chapter 33: Wings of a Dragon.

Valerie met Lucifer in a dark room after they were done with lunch. The Citizen Vampire changed out of her uniform, and slipped into a hospital gown. Although Valerie was curious why the killer had these in his palace.

"Where did you get these hospital gowns from?" Valerie asked. "I didn't get them, I found them," Lucifer answered. "There what I call treasures to me. Now get on the table." Valerie stared at an empty table behind the killer, then with a frightening expression on her face, she walked to it legs first. "Are you sure this won't break?" Valerie asked. "I have more strength than a gorilla."

"Relax young one," Lucifer said. "It's made out of metallic copper. Now crouch down with your knees facing your head." Valerie did what the killer instructed, then grabbed her legs so she wouldn't fall.

Then, when the Citizen Vampire wasn't looking, Lucifer got out a giant pair of tweezers. After scraping the dust from it, the killer used the tweezers, and grabbed Valerie's back. Then Lucifer got out another pair, and did the same thing with that. "Now Valerie, I got out tweezers, and pinched you in the back twice," Lucifer explained. "Now when I start pulling, I want you to hold your breath because this is going to be painful, for you."

Lucifer grabbed the tweezers he put in the Citizen Vampires back. "Ready?" Lucifer asked. Valerie nodded at what he said, then the killer started counting. "3, 2, 1," Lucifer shouted, then started pulling on the tweezers. Valerie held her breath like the killer told her to do. While Lucifer was pulling, he found a tiny point at the end of the tweezers. Then as the killer continued pulling, Valerie's back skin started tearing apart as the wings continued growing.

Once the wings were fully grown, Lucifer removed the tweezers then put them away. "It's all done," Lucifer said. "You can breathe now." Valerie let go of her breath, and felt light headed. Lucifer pulled out a mirror, to show the Citizen Vampire her wings.

Valerie was speechless when she looked into the mirror. "How long have these been there?" Valerie asked. "Ever since you've been bitten," Lucifer answered. "Training with me won't be easy, but it will take a lot of hard work." Valerie decided to trust the killer, then went to go change.
