Chapter 47

*Jaimies pov*

"This is where we start tomorrow" Rick explained.

Rick and Morgan came across a caved in hill, it's pretty much a huge whole in the ground with a lot of walkers in it. The sound of other walkers attracts more into the hole.

The only reason Alexandria is still standing is because all the walkers came here instead of going to Alexandria.

Rick and our group plus some people from Alexandria were going to help lure them away. Eventually the walkers would get out and head straight towards Alexandria, we need to go after them before they come after us.

Sasha and Abraham were going to lead with a car, Daryl will go on his motercycle and I'll go on one of the motercycles Daryl found. We will help keep the walkers in place.

The rest I didn't listen since I was distracted from the walker moans.

"We got to do this now!!" Rick said, I snapped out of my thoughts, I guess we're doing this now instead of tomorrow. I got on my motercycle
And followed Daryl, Sasha and Abraham.

Me and Daryl were beside each other Sasha and Abraham were behind us following and behind them there is a shit load of walkers.

We had to go slow so we could keep the walkers on us.

Rick put different colored balloons to help keep track where we are, we were nearing orange. Rick, michonne and Morgan were on the other side of the wall we made by orange. They were firing flares so the walkers would follow thee way they fired the flares, which is the way we are going.

We had to go 30 miles away from Alexandria, I looked around me and shook my head. I sighed then someone, a guy started screaming. And some of the walkers were heading towards the screams.

"Rick everything ok?" I asked through the walkie talkie

"Carter was bit" Rick said

There was gun fire then the walkers started following us again.

"Yo Daryl!" I said over the walker moans

He nodded indicating I could talk

"I have a bad feeling about this" I said

"About what?"

"Taking most of our group and leaving Alexandria alone with only a few of our group, I think I should go back" I said

"Make sure you tell Rick first" he said

I nodded

"Rick, ima head back" I said

"Ok make sure no walkers are following you"

I gave Daryl a nod and headed back to Alexandria.

"Open the gates!" I yelled

Eugene opened the gates and I drove in I got off my bike and headed towards our house, we share one with Rick, Carl and Judith now.

I looked around for Judith, I then walked to carols house, I just walked in and she was cooking a casserole.

"Do you have Judith?" I asked

"Yeah she's asleep" she said and I nodded

"When did you come back?" Carol asked while stirring something

"A little while ago, I just had a bad feeling-" I was cut off by a scream we looked out the window and there was a guy dressed in black cutting a woman with a machete

"Oh shit" i got my bow from my back and held it in my hands, I checked my gun, fully loaded and a knife. I didn't have an automatic weapon.

Carl came down the stairs

"I saw them outside the window, they're coming in from all over"  Carl said

"Stay inside keep Judith safe" carol said

Me and carol went separate ways, smoke filled my lungs as I ran, I had my pistol out and I as ready to shoot anything in my way.

Two of them were running at me with axes, I killed them both, they seem o not have guns.

I grabbed a bandana off one of the dead guys then tied it over my mouth and nose. I grabbed one of the axes too.

I watched as the people brutally stabbed our people, after the kill they would use the blood to mark a W on their heads.

I came up from behind and slit his throat, the blood got all over me, I then stabbed is head.

So many people to help so many screams.

There was a crash then a horn, like someone was holding the horn down.

I held my axe higher so I could attack faster then I was tackled to the ground by a big dude, he was on top of me with about to slit my throat, I punched him in the face and he fell which cut my neck a little, I grabbed my axe off the floor then smashed it onto his head. I pulled it out of his head.

There was dead bodies and blood, the horn was still honking people were screaming.

I made my way to the armory, carol wan inside, she handed me an assault rifle.

She nodded and we headed out.

Aim and shoot.

The gunfire and screams stopped it was quite, nothing, the streets were littered with dead body's, limbs and blood. I went around Alexandria and there was no more of the bad people.

I caught up to carol who was smoking she handed me one and I took it. We didn't talk just silence.

I finished my cigarette then went into the house, I went into the bathroom and I was covered in blood, I took a shower.

Red was going down the drain,red water, blood of the enemies and mine.
