You've probably heard the headcanon that Gamzee could see everything that Sober!Gamzee did, and was terrified etcetera etcetera. Well that makes no sense. That's like saying Drunk Roxy is the real Roxy, and that she watched in horror as she stopped drinking.
I do like the idea behind the headcanon though. Sober!Gamzee watched as High!Gamzee mingled with lowbloods and let himself be the butt of their jokes. Because of this, he went to kill all of the ungrateful lowbloods as soon as possible.
