I follow my dad out to the car to pack my bags. In only a few minutes, the camp would be drawing to a close. I take what little time I have left to go around and thank Sharon for helping and making me able to have fun at the camp. I then go over to Mr.Chef and tell him how much fun the camp was and that I hope I will be back next summer. Then I go over to my friends with tears in my eyes.

"Tally, I don't know how I will survive the next few weeks before school without you!" I tell her while hugging her goodbye.

"Don't worry. Here is my cell phone number and my name so you can add me on Facebook." She tells me while handing me a pink sticky note. I look down and see the info. I put it in my back pocket and give her one more hug before moving onto Nate.

"Here is my info, Facebook and cell." He says handing me a blue sticky note. I give him a hug and move onto Jeremy.

"Here is my phone number and Facebook info. I'm going to miss you a lot." He tells me pulling me into a hug. I breathe in his smell. I don't want to let go.

"I'm going to miss you too!" I say, his shoulder smothering my voice. We stay like that till I see my dad giving me the look that it is time to go. I give Jeremy one more squeeze and kiss him briefly on the lips. When we pull away I see one single tear roll down his face. I kiss it away.

"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." I tell him with a smile. I unfold my arms from him. I start walking when I feel a hand on my arm, and I get spun around. I don't know what is going on till I feel a pair of lips on my own. Knowing it is Jeremy, I melt into his arms. When we need air, we break the kiss. I look up into his eyes and see tears are starting to form in his beautiful eyes. I don't remember if I told you but they are the most brilliant shade of emerald green, with little gold flecks in them.

I make my way to my dad and look back at my friends. Nate is holding Tally and Jeremy is standing still, trying to be strong but I can tell he is going to break down. I get in the car and my dad drives away. I look through the back window and see them all huddled in a group hug. As me and my dad drive further and further away, I can't help but feel deeply saddened but the loss of my friends, even if it is only for a few weeks.

When me and my dad pull up to our house, I start to relax more. We pull up and open the car doors. My dad pops the trunk and I grab my bag and wait for him by the front door. When he unlocks it, I step in and go straight to my room to drop off my bag, and grab my iPod. Once I have them, I change into my volleyball shorts, tank top, grab some socks and my running shoes, and pull my hair up into a messy high pony tail. I walk down the hard wood grand stair case into the kitchen. I grab my water bottle, fill it with water, and place it in the fridge. Once it is in the fridge cooling, I sit on the bottom stair and pull on my socks and shoes.

"Where are you going?" My dad asks, coming out from the basement, or more commonly known as, my basement. I kinda took it over with my game consoles and video games, along with movies.

"I'm just going for a quick run." I tell him while plugging my headphones into my iPod.

"Okay, be safe and when you get back I will start dinner. We are having the new neighbors over for dinner tonight so don't be too long. We know how long you can run for" He tells me while turning on the T.V set with a wink in my direction.

I open the door and step into the summer heat. I select a play list by random, plug my headphones into my ears, and start running. I make it around the block twice before I see someone. He looks around my age. He is outside watering the grass in low slung shorts and no top. He has a nice build but nothing compared to Jeremy. I run by him quickly and make my way home. I run up the steps and open the door. Once I open the door I let the coldness of the house embrace me. I unplug my headphones before sitting on the stairs and untie the laces on my shoes.

"How was the run?" My dad asks from the kitchen. I put my runners in the shoe closet and walk into the kitchen.

"Amazing as usual." I tell him. I grab a banana and tell him I am going to take a shower.

Once in my own bathroom, I strip out of my running clothes, grab two towels, and walk into the shower. Once done everything that needs to be done, I wrap one towel around my hair, and the other around my body. With the towels still on, I make my way to my closet and see all my normal clothes are still packed and need to be washed, I decide to wear one of my summer skirts and tops. Once I put my bra and underwear on, I slide the mini skirt-a royal blue shade-on along with a soft sky blue top. The top is kinda odd due to the fact that it has two slits up the sides, showing what's underneath. I decide to put that back and wear a blue tube top. Once dressed, I sit at my makeup table and unwrap my hair. I decide to leave it,not bothering to blow dry it. I move onto my makeup now. I do a thin black line for eyeliner, a little bit of mascara and a thin coat of lip gloss to finish it off.

I make my way down stairs just as my dad opens the door for the guests.

"Hello and welcome to my home. Oh, here is my daughter, Ella, come greet the guests." My dad tells me. I walk down the rest of the stairs, being careful not to trip on my heels I decided to wear in the spur of the moment. Once at the bottom of the stairs, I turn and greet them.

"Ella is going into year 12 at school." My dad tells them proudly. I greet them but my shy side starts to show.

"Well we have a son your age. Kaleb, come and meet Ella." The mom speaks. I see the guy from earlier step out from behind the father.

"Hi." I greet shyly.

"Hi." He returns the greeting.

"Now you kids go downstairs and play while we make dinner." My dad tells em. I see Kaleb roll his eyes. He probably thinks my Dad means play with lego. Wait till he sees the Consoles.

I decided to change her age cause it bothered me how young they were, if there are any age changes I missed please point them out!
