"Oh, he is so cute!" Mabel exclaimed.

"Eh, his smile is creeping me out," Dipper stated.

Both Pine twins were staring at the old, worn out dummy that their uncle had hidden behind his back. "Where did you get him?" Mabel asked.

"Actually, I found ol' Slapster on the front porch," Stan explained. "He was just lying there, staring blankly at the bright sun. It looked as though he was getting a nice tan."

They all laughed at Stan's joke. "Silly, Grunkle Stan," his niece said. "Dummies cannot get a tan. They are not even alive."

"What about the dolls and puppets you have seen in movies that are pure evil and kill people?" their uncle asked, grinning down at his niece and nephew.

"Oh, please," Dipper replied. "We defeated a powerful being of pure energy all on our own. Do you really think that we would be scared so easily by a small, puny puppet with hardly any powers at all?"

Stan chuckled at his nephew's comment. "Of course not," he said, still smiling. He then held out Slappy to Dipper.

"I wanted to give both of you a little something before you guys went home," Stan stated. "I have no use for this dummy, so..." he handed Slappy to Dipper.

"You can have him. However, you both have to share him. Got it?"

"Got it!" Mabel exclaimed happily.

Dipper examined the lifeless puppet and had a weird look on his face. "Creepy" was all he could describe about the dummy.

Slappy was indeed very old. He had two cracks on his face, one on his nose and one on his chin. He also had scratches all over his face and his hands. Only his gray suit looked like it was still in perfect condition.

Stan stared down at his watch. "Oh, you guys had better finish packing!" he told the Pine twins. "The bus will be here in less than an hour." Their uncle started towards the stairs. "I will be downstairs," he called out. "Enjoy your dummy!"

"Who you callin' dummy? Dummy!"
