[ The screaming from the dinning room continued to grow louder. I watched the silver doorknob slowly turn. I crawled as fast as I could to the pantry, and laid on my side underneath the bottom shelf. I wanted to shut my eyes, but I couldn't. The crack of light grew wider as the door opened. A dark figure shadowed me. I began to shake. They held their hand out.

"Hannah come with me fast!" they said in a hushed voice.

Maddie picked me up and carried me upstairs. I watched my brother run upthe steps behind us. Then my dad behind him.

Maddie tripped on the last step, I fell to the ground.

"Hannah go! Lock yourself in my room!" Alex's voice echoed through the house.

As much as I planned on running to his room, the pink glowing light at the end of the hall was way too tempting.

I slammed the door , and locked it. I breathlessly looked down at my Cinderella night gown. It must have gotten split open on a loose nail.

I looked up, and my short breaths became even shorter. My mom laid on the floor to her closet gasping.

"Mommy?" whispered in fear.

She moaned and sat up. It took her a second to realise it was me.

"Oh Hannah.. come here." she put her arms out, but I stayed against the door.

"Who are you?" a tear flowed down my cheek.

"It's ok mommy's not hurt dear." she said trying to get up.

I was six, but I could tell she was intoxicated. Fresh bruises ran up her arms.

I unlocked the door and ran. On my way down the steps I heard my sister talking to Alex.

"Oh my god this is so embarrassing." she shrieked.

"What? They got in a fight. Maddie calm down."

"No everyone at school will know!"

"know what?"

"Alex they're splitting up! ughhh."

I kept my ear pressed against the wall, but they became silent. A large hand pressed onto my shoulder. Before I could say anything, I was laying in bed.]

Rakim's POV:

I've been watching Hannah kick the seat in front of her for at least thirty minutes. She finally woke up with a massive gasp. She looked at me with huge eyes.

"Hannah are you okay?"

She took a couple more breathes than hugged me.

"Yeah um just a bad dream huh uhh."

"a bad dream or a bad memory?" I asked holding up her face.

"doesn't matter. It's over."

Hannah's POV:

I stood leaned against the brick wall of our luxurious hotel smoking, while the boys carried my stuff upstairs. Before we left I put on some red lipstick along with a classic white dress that stopped just above my knees. I put only nude pumps with it.

The taxi left, and Rakim spun around with his hand out. He is wearing a black suit. His hair just got  re-braided. A smile spread across my red lips. I wrapped my arm around his as we walked through the lobby. I tried, but I couldn't keep myself from stopping , and spinning myself around until I got dizzy. My eyes skipped from chandelier to chandelier. It's absolutely gorgeous.

"Babe, here's the room key we''ll be back in an hour or so." he said kissing my cheek.

I nodded.

"Go to the room. You can order room service, just stay in the room ok?"

I nodded again, and watched him leave in the taxi.

The golden lights to my right caught all the attention I had left.

"You're looking at our brand new bar." a man behind me spoke.

"Is it open?"

"depends..."

I turned around to face him. He's an employee.

"on what?"I asked.

"Your age."

I scoffed, and walked into the bar. I looked back just to roll my eyes at him.

I sat in a comfortable stool at the counter, and had the bartender bring me some scotch. I'm completely ignoring what rakim told me to do, but only for a drink. I'm sure it'll do no harm for me anyways.

"Sir can I have a glass of Jack Daniels, and for the lady a chocolate mudslide."

I paid no attention to the voice next to me until a tall mudslide sat in front of me.

I looked up fast, "um I don't think this is for me.." then I realised who it was from.

He stood there dressed in an all white suit. Chris. As charming as ever.

^^^^ok so to clear any confusion, Chris is the man she danced with at the beach. I'll try to write the rest by tomorrow♡♡♡♡
