"I hate this!" I yelled thinking no one was around.
"Hate what?" A voice said behind me. A bulky voice that I was now very familiar too. The tears streaming down my face slowed down as I turned around.
"I hate that I can't live anymore, I hate not being with my husband, I hate this!" I said crying even more.
"And what do you want me to do?" God said crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow at me.
"I want you to bring me back." I sighed out. I knew it could never happen... But I was the only person in heaven who hasn't asked for any wishes yet. Literally everyone except me had asked for some kind of wish. Now I was one of them. I have been holding these feeling inside forever and today I just felt the need to let them out.
"By making you alive again?" He said pursing his lips and giving a questioning expression.
"Yes." I said staring down at my non existent feet. I looked up to see him smiling at me. He chuckled and disappeared. Could this get any worse right now? I screamed at the top of my lungs and cried my feelings. I haven't even been able to see Rahul for the past 4 years. A hole in my heart is burning because he's my everything and I can't even see him today. All I have is the picture which appears every once in a while. I went to the edge of a cloud and sat down. I felt my tears starting to dry up and suddenly I gray mist started forming around me. I stood up and watched as it ate my legs and all the way up to my face. I couldn't see anything it smelled like chemicals with a hint of flowers. The mist made me see complete blackness and I felt myself unable to move or speak. My eyes shut and I couldn't open them. Suddenly my movement stopped and the smell flew away from my nose. I moved my eyes around before opening them. I blinked once, twice, and jumped up. Where am I? I sat up and saw I was laying in a bed wearing a pink saree with my hair straightened and the sindhoor on the parting of my hair complete with the mangalsutra around my neck. Symbolizing my status of being Married, I threw my legs over the bed and wriggled my toes. Wait! My feet are there... What's going on! Something was poking my side making it itchy. I looked down at my side and a piece of paper stuck out of my saree. I picked it out and opened it up.

Maya,

You've been fighting for seven years, I am God. I feel everything, hear everything, and see everything. I know your not happy with what happened, that's why I'm granting you your life back. You have not spoken one negative thing to me or anyone in the seven years of being here. You truly are an amazing person, your parents know and told me to go through with sending you back. You may be thinking, where am I? Well, your in Jay and Rheas home. It's weird but i could only send you there. I hope you live up your life, because your resurrected. I will work on aging you to your proper age but I can't promise it. Enjoy.

Sincerely,
God

Just as I finished reading it, poof! It was gone. I'm alive? I thought to myself as I stood up and looked around the room. It looked nice, I walked to the door and stopped when my hand was on the handle. If I was really alive people would see me, say my name and be able to touch me. I slowly opened the door and walked into a hallway. The house was medium sized but big enough for Rhea and Jay. I walked to where the stairs where located and heard tiny foot steps behind me. Then they stopped. I slowly turned around to see a little boy staring at me. I smiled weakly and he ran past me down the stairs. Then as I started to go down I heard more foot steps. But this time coming from downstairs. They were coming closer and closer to the stairs. Heavy footsteps and the other sounded like high heels. Suddenly I saw Jay, holding the little boy and Rhea carrying a little girl. I turned around before they could see me... If they could see me. The footsteps stopped and my heart sank.
"Who are you?" Jay said in a threatening tone. They could see me, I was alive. I was alive! I couldn't find any words to speak because I was filled with joy.
"I said who are you!" Jay yelled making me jump. I knew that it was now or never. I stood up straight and slowly turned myself to face Rhea and Jay. My eyes slightly closed as I stopped and faced them. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Jay's face starting to go from angry to a mixture of emotions. Rhea's jaw dropped and she placed the little girl down beside her.
"Maya?" They said in unison.
"Haan?" I said relaxing my shoulders.
"Oh my God!" Rhea said walking up the three steps meeting me and placing her hands on my shoulders. A tear fell from her eye as she engulfed me into a hug. I wrapped my arms around her and cried as I could finally embrace my friends once again.
