Chapter 1- A Big Mistake

(Kagome's mom POV)
"Kagome?"
I looked around the corner to see if it was her but she wasn't there. But I did see the purple flash, no mistaking that.
"But if she came back I wonder why she didn't say hello? Oh well, I guess I will have to ask her when she gets back"
And with that final thought I started heading back to my house for some sleep.

(Sensō's POV)
"Aargh, what happened and why is it so briiigghht"
I was startled because last I checked you can't see the sky
through the roof of a shed.
"What are earth is happening? Oh I know I hit my head on the well and this is just a dream. Right?"
To see if he was right he did what every person does when in a dream, he pinched himself. But it didn't seem to do anything except leave a bruise on his arm.
"Okay so if this is not a dream, then I better see what's up there"
He began to climb the old well to the top. And that is when he saw for sure that he definitely wasn't in a shed anymore.

(Kagome's Pov)
"We just finished our battle with Naraku and we are running low on supplies, maybe I should head back home for a bit since we are all ready so close"
"Inuyasha can you come here a bit?"
I then heard a shuffling in the trees above me and there was Inuyasha with an annoyed face.
"I wonder if it because I called him over here?"
" What do you want Kagome?"
"I was wondering--"
Before I could even finish I saw Inuyasha bolt away and when I saw I soul collector, I knew he went to find Kikyo.
"*sigh I guess I will just have Sango tell him I have gone home"
I went off to gather my backpack with a heavy heart and tears threatening to fall .

(Inuyasha's POV)
I heard Kagome call my name and it sounded so perfect and-"wait what am I thinking"
Trying to forget whatever came over me I jumped onto a tree branch above Kagome.
"What do you want Kagome"
I tried to sound annoyed but truthfully I was still a bit started by my weird thought.
"I was wondering--"
I didn't hear the rest since I was already following Kikyo's scent to try to find her. And yes I know that leaving Kagome was wrong but I haven't had a lead in ages. Plus if I just explain to Kagome what happened she will understand why I had too. Yet for some reason I still felt bad for leaving her. "What is up with me today"
Time skip
I have been searching for 10 minutes now and still found nothing.
"*sigh Guess I better head back"
Then remembering that there is probably an angry Kagome waiting for me, my body started to hurt just imagining how many sits she will give me.

(Kikyo's POV)
I saw how Inuyasha acted towards Kagome in their last battle and I don't like it one bit. Trying to come up with something to break them apart I remembered a certain fact about Inuyasha. He always acts first, and then thinks second. I could use this to my advantage.
--time skip--
I watch Inuyasha and Kagome from a distance and when I here her call him, I know that this is my chance.
I start to weaken the barrier just enough for Inuyasha to be able to catch my scent. Then I strengthen it back up and watch Kagome's heartbroken face.
"You will never have him Kagome, so just give up"

(Sensō's POV)
I looked around and tried to find where I was but all I saw was trees. But then I saw one of them start to move. The source of the movement was a middle school student looking as if she wants to cry. Seeing that she was coming my way I decided that I should see if she knows where I am.
"Hello" I didn't get an answer
"Ah, hello" I tried again, a little louder, but still nothing.
"Hello" I practically shouted, but it got her attention.
"Oh-a I'm sorry I was kind of lost in thought and I didn't see you there. So what do you need?" I was so upset how could she not see me, but since I needed her help I decided to let it go.
"Well, if you would be so kind, could you tell me where I am? And maybe what the time and date are now?" I hoped I asked nice enough, since I don't know what I would do if she didn't answer me.
"Oh, sure we are in Tokyo and it's about 10:00 now. As for the date it is Sunday October 7th in the 13th year of the feudal era"(A/N I have no idea what years in the feudal this anime takes place in. Since the feudal era is 1185-1603).
"The FEUDAL ERA? How on earth did I get here?" I thought" Wait! If this girl is from here why does she have such modern clothes? I guess i will just follow her to see how she gets back" *smirks*
"Thank you so much miss, it seems what they say is true, your memory kind of fades with age".
"It's no problem really, sometimes I forget too".
"Well it's probably not as much as me. Anyway it was nice meeting you but before I leave would you tell me your name?"
"Sure, it's Kagome"
"Thank you again miss Kagome and I hope to see you around"
"You too".
Then I began walking away but quickly turned around and hid in a bush. "This is not how I thought I would use my military training" I mumbled as I watched her jump through the well.
