Please be okay.
I peered down at the vacant road and instantly spotted him. He was laying there, covered in blood, shaking, and choking on blood.
"E-Ethan." I managed to choke out through my pain. He looked up at me with hope in his eyes.
  "P-p-pock" he mumbled his words.
"What are you saying?" I asked him as tears formed in my eyes. I was trying very hard to focus, everything was spinning and I felt like I was struggling to hold on to my life. This doesn't look good. He has obvious head trauma, considering he flew through the windshield. But so do I... The truck hit my head. I shouldn't be alive.
"P-pock-et." He coughed out as blood seeped over his plump lips.
"Pocket? You want me to get something from your pocket?" I asked him. He painfully nodded. With that, I threw myself onto the ground next to him, as pain seared through my entire body, and reached into his pocket, feeling a leather box. I quickly pulled it out and examined it, as he stared at me.
"This.. This looks like an engagement ring." I forced a smile as I popped it open.
My eyes bulged out of my head and my jaw dropped. It's an engagement ring. I looked over to Ethan, who somehow managed to smile. I grabbed his hand as tears rolled down my cheeks.
"Listen to me. You- you wait until we get out of the hospital and go wherever we were going for this. Because this is the worst proposal ever." I forced a smile. Just then, a loud, painful cough escaped my lungs, as well as some blood. What the hell?
I lifted myself up a bit and looked down at my chest. To my shock, a large piece of the car door was lodged into my right lung. Suddenly, now that I became aware of it, I started wheezing. I looked back at Ethan. He was shaking his head with the saddest look I have ever seen in his eyes. I could feel air and blood oozing out of me, and I knew then that I was going to die. Unless we get help soon.
"D-don't give- u- p." I said between breaths. He continued to shake his head at me, a single tear escaping his hazel eyes. I let out a sigh and I grabbed the ring.
"O-kay. I'll m-marry you." I choked out with my blood. "We can grow old together and maybe you can even convince me to have a kid or two. But that's a long shot." I let out a sad smile and he chuckled, which quickly turned into an agonizing cough.
"S-sorry!" I whispered, trying to comfort him. "We can do all of that, though. Ju-just, promise me something?"
He lifted up his pinky in a 'pinky promise' way. I locked our pinkies together as I cried to him,
"Don't leave me. Promise me that you won't leave me." I begged him. He tightened his grip and reluctantly nodded. I started to get dizzy so I let go of him and felt my head. I'm bleeding more than ever.
I nervously looked back to him, and he was out. He lay there, looking lifeless.
"No! No, I'm n-not letting you go!" I yelled as I propped myself up. I started giving him CPR. With each pump, I felt shards of glass jerk into my skin and air escape my lung.
"Ah!"  I let out a whimper, but I didn't stop. I started sobbing from pain as I worked my ass off to save his life. Every once in a while I had to stop because I couldn't tolerate the pain. Everything was closing in around. I'm going to black out. My pulse is getting weak. I shook it off and decided to spend the remainder of my life making sure Ethan doesn't die.
After about 5 minutes of excruciating pain, he started breathing and coughing up blood again. I grabbed his hand and collapsed next to him, slowly losing consciousness.
Stay with me.

Mwahahaha you just wait...;)
