DANCE CAMP STARTED!!! Oh my gosh! The amount of campers there was TINY!!! Miss Keelyn said she'd never taught such a tiny camp!! I only recognized Annabelle, my friend and old teammate from last year, and Kimba, who is in my regular dance class. Kimba means 'brush fire', which is perfect for her. She has fiery red hair and green eyes. I didn't know anyone else.
here's the order of activities at dance camp:
warm-ups, training exercises, ceilis, set, snack, and show practice.
camp is from 1-4pm. 3 hours of strenuous exercise. MY LEGS HURT SO BAD!!!! Each station lasts for 40 minutes.
Nothing extremely exciting happened. Just dancing.
I have a green, white, and black dance dress with rhinestones and pearls on it.
IT'S SO PRETTY!!! I love the dress.
After camp, I went straight home, then into my room. 'I thought maybe the O'Neill brothers would be there. I'm so disappointed.' I thought to myself.
Jeb O'Neill and I had met last year. I was 12 and he was 16. We were good friends. I had talked to Eric O'Neill a few times. Even though we only talked a bit, I had a HUGE crush on him. He was so cute. He had jet black hair and chocolate brown eyes. Occasionally his hair would fall in his eyes and he'd brush it away only to have it fall back in his face!! It was too short to stay behind his ear, but to long to stay out of his eyes 😆😘
He doesn't know much about me. He knows my name is Julianna, and I'm a good dancer. I know so much about him, I'm practically a stalker. He's an amazing dancer, one of America's best, he has 2 older brothers, one little brother, one older sister, and Jeb told me they have a niece and a nephew. He's half loner, half popular, for instance, everyone knows his name, but he only talks to one person at a time, he has so many girls chasing after him, but I don't think he has a girlfriend, he's normally on the sidelines of every event chatting with someone; unless of course, it's a show; in which case he's dancing/warming up/practicing. I know he's really smart, because he's a straight A student (Jeb told me, I'm not THAT big of a stalker), and from the conversations I've had with him, he seems really sweet. He's a bit sensitive, but I guess some girls like that.
I have to be at least 14 or turning 14 to be a camp counselor, but I'm only 13. Too bad.
