Jul's POV

I got a text from Eric.

E=Eric J=Julianna

E- wanna hang out by the river?

J- sure! can Cas and  Ryan come?

E- Of course!

E- Who the heck is Ryan?!

J- a friend of mine.

E- good.

J- uhh why?

E- uh... not important.

J- uhh k then. Might wanna bring a spare pair of clothes.

E- alright.

5 minutes later

E- what's a Cas?

J- Short for Cassiopeia.

E- oh. ok then.

J- ;P

15 more minutes

DING-DONG (doorbell)

I opened the door.

"Hey y'all!!" I hollered.

"Heyyy gurrlll!!" Cas squealed.

She hugged me and squealed again.

"Hi Jul!" Said Ryan. He gave me a side-hug.

"Hey Julie!" Said Eric. He gave me a megawatt smile that made me melt into a squishy puddle of goo.

We walked to the river, which is close to my house, and waded in.

The guys took off their shirts and us girls screamed "EEWWWWW!!!! PUT A FRICKIN' SHIRT ON!!!!!"

Boy, did they laugh at us.

The water went up to our knees, my thighs (I'm so short!!), so when we got in, only our lower legs got wet.

Cas walked up on the rocks and "sprained" her ankle. She knows about my crush.

"Ow! I think I should go back." she said.

"Okay, let's go back." I said, glaring at her a bit.

She wanted me and Eric to be alone.

"No, no, Ryan, can you walk me back?" she asked.

"Of course." he said. He gave her a shy smile as he took her arm and put it over his shoulder as she "limped" away. I think he likes her.

"sooo..." I trailed off.

"soo..." he said.

"That was, um, interesting." I said.

"Yeah that's one way to put it." he laughed.

"Well let's make the most of this." Eric said smiling slyly.

"How?" I asked.

"Liiiiike-" he splashed me with water! "THIS!" He yelled.

 I screamed.

"Whatcha gonna do about it, Princess?" He grinned at me as he called me Princess.

"OH NO YOU DID NOT JUST CALL ME PRINCESS!!!!" I half-giggled-half-yelled and splashed him back.

We were standing on rocks about 6 inches under the water. He  grabbed my foot from under the water and I fell in! The water was over my head!!! I grabbed his hand and pulled him under with me.

We both popped up and laughed like crazy! He took my hands and put them on his shoulders and started treading water.

"We should get back and check on Cas." Said Eric.

"Yeah. Let's go." I said.

He climbed up on the rocks and helped me up. Then he grabbed his shirt and we walked home.

I started shivering violently and he gave me a worried look.

"Here." he said, putting his shirt on me.

"Thanks." I stopped shivering for the time being.

We kept walking through the woods until we got close to my house.

 "OH MY GOSH MY DAD'S HOME!" I yelled and took his shirt off.

He put it back on.

"He would've freaked out if he saw your shirt on me." I said.

"No kidding." he said. "I'm too young to die!"

I giggled at his little joke. We arrived at the house.

"I'm gonna go change into some dry clothes." He said.

"Me too." I said.

I changed into some jean shorts and a beige pleated cami top.

Eric changed into jeans and a hoodie.

We talked for a while, then watched Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark.

"Hey Juju! My mom is here to pick me and Ryan up. Byeee!!!" she said hugging, me.

"Bye Cas!" I said, hugging her back.

Then she skipped away. ON HER BAD FOOT!!!!!!!!!!

"Did you see that too?" Asked Eric.

"Yeah. Yeah I did."  I answered.

"Oh, I got to go to. Jeb is here." said Eric.

"Bye." I said.

Then he hugged me!!!
