Eric's POV
Everyone was freaking out. Julie was practically in tears. I hugged her and put my chin on her head. "shhh. We'll get through this." I whispered.
She threw her arms around me and buried her face in my chest. I know I should have been freaking out, but I was kind of liking it...
Jeb's POV
I'm such an idiot. I got us lost! It was my fault! I didn't charge the GPS and I trusted my friend who obviously hates me. I wouldn't blame him.
Everyone had now calmed down.
"This is actually kind of exciting!" said Julie.
"Yeah!!" Ryan agreed.
"I guess so." said Cas.
"It's kind of... adventurous in a sick, twisted way."
"Hey Jeb, who exactly gave you those directions?" Jul asked.
I paused for a while, trying to decide if it would be stupid to say who.
"Chandler." I sighed.
"Who?" everyone asked.
Realization dawned on Eric's face. "Chandler... Micki's... older brother, right?"
"Yeah." I said quietly.
"Who's Micki, and who's Chandler?" Cas asked.
"Chandler is a jerk. We were friends, but then I realized he was a bully, and I was a gang member. He has this little sister, Micki, she comes to dance when she's 12 years old, she's all rainbows and unicorns, and... well, that's a story for another time. Well, Chandler was apparently waiting to get revenge. This is his revenge. To get us lost." I stated.
"Chandler's family owns that movie theater, so Jeb asked him." Eric clarified.
There was an awkward silence.
"Alright people, this is nuts, we can't just sit here until we die!! Jeb, drive to the nearest building." Julie ordered.
"Jul, we're in the middle of nowhere. As in, who knows where the heck we are!!" Cas rolled her eyes.
"It's worth a shot." I said.
I tried to turn on the car.
The car made a real noise.
"NO NO NO NOT NOW!! NOT HERE!" I yelled. "Car's broke." I sighed.
"Anyone bring their phone?" Jul asked.
"No. It's a movie theater. What if it went off??" Cas said.
"Okay, let's walk." Jul said.
"Julie! That's frickin' crazy!!" Ryan grumbled.
"If we don't, Ryan, we WILL die." She warned.
"Alright. Let's go." Eric said.
We walked for about a mile.
"We've been walking for forever!" Ryan whined.
"Shut up Ryan." Cas whacked him on the arm.
"Guys. GUYS!! LIGHTS!! LOOK!!" Eric yelled.
"A GAS STATION!! AND A PHONE BOOTH!!! COME ON!!" Jul cried grabbing Eric's arm and running. We all chased after them.
We ran to the phone booth.
"Anyone have a quarter??" I asked.
"DUHHH!! I brought 50 bucks for movie tickets." Jul facepalmed herself.
She pulled out a quarter.
"Okay, I brough emergency numbers and taxi cab service numbers just in case. I calling a taxi, if my parents ask, the movie was awesome." She said.
we all nodded.
She called and told them where we were.
45 minutes later, according to my watch, the cab arrived.
Ryan, Cas and I hopped into one, and another cab arrived, and... oh boy, Julie and Eric hopped into another. Who knows what will happen with them!
TO BE CONTINUED VERY, VERY SOON...
