Authors note: Well would you look at me, back up on the writing grind as if I were never off it.
SO THIS IS JUST PART ONE, PART TWO WILL BE UP TOMORROW AS I HAVE A LOT TO DO TODAY. I am so sorry this took so long for me to write! School has been so very hectic as well as taking care of all of my fur and scale babies. I've got quite the mini zoo going on. Everyone is settled and school is taken care of so I can now focus on whats really important... Writing Arsen.
I'm going to start dedicating these chapters to some of you. Without you guy's I wouldn't have gotten as far as I have with Arsen and I really appreciate all the love and support.
This chapter is dedicated to she_devil_on_earth! Thank you mucho for your comments, you motivated me to get this chapter out sooner than I was originally planning.
If you ever want more reads on your own book, comment down below what it is and I will read and vote for it myself and maybe also include some promo in the next chapters authors note!! I know Arsen is by no means "popular" or "the best" but I would like to help you in any way I can.
Thank you for everything y'all!

My older brother Justin arrived here excruciatingly early for a Saturday morning. It was only nine-thirty in the morning when my mom excitedly drug me out of bed yelling "He's here! He's here!"
My mother's enthusiasm was not contagious. I felt zero excitement as she cheered and pulled me out of the comforts of my bed and into the real world. When the bright light of morning seeped in through the windows and filled our house with light, I had half a mind to scream at Justin and ask him what exactly was going through his mind when he decided to come home so early.
It changed when I saw him though. My big brother was standing in our kitchen talking to Jules and the excitement that my mom had, finally hit me.
In his hand's he held a large mug of coffee. Justin was here and he made coffee! Usually I don't like coffee but there was just something about Justin's coffee that was different. He added the perfect amount of cream and sugar and he used a certain brand... Earlier on in my high school years, when Justin lived here and made coffee every morning, I had seriously considered just injecting it into my veins.
It was delicious and it was here!
"You made coffee!" I exclaimed, walking into the kitchen and snatching Justin's mug from him.
My older brother rolled his eyes and chuckled. "It's nice to see you too Amelia."
I ignored him, it was probably better that I did so until I had some caffeine in me anyway's. I am still tired and when I'm tired, I'm irritable. He should know that better than anyone.
I didn't even look in the mug before I took a sip of it. I was expecting my taste buds to be woken up by the sweet taste of vanilla sweet cream and sugar. What actually happened, was far from that.
The taste was incredibly bitter, almost as if I had decided to swallow down a bunch of liquid metal. I made a face and spat the gross liquid back into the mug, it was then that I noticed it was dark brown instead of the usual honey color.
"What is this?" I asked Justin, holding the mug away from me as if it betrayed me.
"Coffee." Justin responded, smirking down at me.
"It tastes like burnt ass." I told him, glaring down at the contents of the mug.
"Amelia!" Mom scolded. "Don't curse in front of our house guest!"

ספרות נוערFrom the moment I laid eyes on Arsen Brooks he fascinated me. No, I didn't want to do lab experiments on him, but I did want to get to know him. He didn't seem to care that the school gossip always seemed to be about him or the fact that he is const...
