Cas goes to Dean's apartment, excited for the night he had planned for the two. He was nervous but excited at the same time, basically their entire relationship and any human interaction at all in a nutshell.
He knocked on Dean's door, making sure to leave the top two buttons of his shirt unbuttoned, how he knew Dean liked it.
The door opened, revealing a smiling Dean in a well-fitted long sleeve green shirt and a leather jacket. Cas found it hard to breathe in air.
"You okay, Cas?"
Cas nodded. "Uh-yeah." He swallowed. "You ready to go?"
Dean nodded and they headed out of the apartment building and into the crisp night. "So where are we going?"
"You'll see." Cas said, opening a taxi door. They climb in and the taxi driver starts driving where Cas had told him earlier.
Dean grabbed Cas's hand and they held hands while they rode. When they finally arrived, it was dark and Dean was confused. He looked towards Cas who just smiled back at him.

Dean was confused as to what they were doing, but he trusted Cas with his life, so when Cas got out of the car, Dean followed. When Cas told the taxi to leave, Dean watched in silence. And when Dean noticed they were in the middle of nowhere, he expected a romantic evening of solitude.
That's why when Cas motioned Dean to a blanket on the ground, he sat, his arm wrapped around Cas's waist.
"So I've got pie and burgers and beer." Cas said. "Your favorites." Cas then turned on a lantern so that they were able to see each other's faces.
Dean smiled. "So this is your big date?" Dean looked up at the night sky--the millions of stars and moon--he slipped his hand between Cas's pants and his shirt, wiggling his hand down to touch his skin. He lightly rubbed his skin. "A night under the stars?"
Dean could feel Cas tense under his touch, but he relaxed after a few seconds of Dean rubbing small circles on his skin. "Do you like it?" Cas asked. He was obviously nervous. He was always nervous.
Dean leaned over and whispered into his ear. "I love it." He kissed his cheek. "And you got me pie. I love me some pie."
Dean pulled away from Cas and picked up the container of pie and two forks.
They ate pie in the moonlight, then their burgers. Dean opened the beers for them, since Cas had never even drank beer before.

Cas took a sip of his beer and grimaced. He then coughed before finally swallowing. Cas could see Dean looking at him from the corner of his eye. "I'm not much of a drinker, remember?"
Dean laughed. "Oh trust me, I remember."
Cas took another sip of his beer before deciding to put it down. He wasn't much of an alcohol person, he found out. He just bought it since he knew Dean loved it. And he wanted to make him the happiest person alive tonight.
Cas laid his hand lightly on Dean's thigh and then scooted closer to him. He laid his head on Dean's shoulder. "I'm all in, Dean." He whispered.
Cas could feel Dean's smile. "Oh now are you?" Dean said, voice slurred. Dean put his beer down and then turned to Cas, who was sitting beside him.
Dean leaned in close to Cas, so that their lips were less than an inch apart. Cas could smell the scent of beer coming from his mouth, but it wasn't overwhelming or overpowering like alcohol usually was. Instead, Cas welcomed the smell.
Cas leaned in and kissed Dean. This was their second official kiss, and Dean licked Cas's bottom lip, asking for access. Cas opened his mouth and let Dean slip his tongue into his mouth. Their tongues danced a dance as they leaned into each other.
Cas lightly pushed Dean to the ground and kissed him with a fiercer force of power. Dean's hands were locked in Cas's hair as they moved to each other's rhythm. They were in sync with each other, their lips and limbs moving as one to make a beautiful tangle of passion.
Dean put his hand between him and Cas, to stop them from going any farther. Cas looked down on him, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"Why'd you stop?"
"I just-" Dean licked his lips. "I just want to make sure you really want to do this."
Cas smiled. "I've never wanted to do anything more in my life."
Cas leaned back down and kissed Dean's neck, who was working on unbuttoning Cas's pants. Dean shrugged off his jacket and shirt, then undid Cas's shirt buttons.
Soon they were tangled up, Cas on top, giving Dean the love he had been wanting for months. He was letting himself go, giving Dean his all. Tonight was theirs, and Cas was going to make Dean feel it in the morning.
