Rae POV
I walk upstairs and outside through the back door to make a call. Miya couldn't hear this...
"Hello"
"Hey Chrissy, its Rae."
"Oh hey Rae. i have that info you were looking for. You gotta see this.. When can you come pick it up? Maybe we can chill when you over here"
*Damn i know she give some good head.... Nah i cant do that I'm with someone now...Fuck it we ain't official and i need that info*. " I cant right now can i come by later tonight?"
"Sounds good but I'm telling you it might be best that you get out while your ahead.... What about you new girl Rae?"
"She doesn't know and she won't until shes ready..." I had forgotten how messy Chrissy can be "keep your mouth shut about it too. No one knows but me, you and J so keep it that way."
"Okay. whatever I'm out"
"Aight peace"
I pull my hair back into a pony tail and sit on the deck for a minute composing myself.
*Ive already started falling for this girl... I don't know how to tell her about...* i think *I'm just going to wait*
I walk back in the house as the doorbell rings and i go open the door.
"How may i help you?" I ask taking in his appearance.
Eh he's decent got on J's, comfortable jeans and a shirt that matches his shoes. Tall and quite muscular, light brown eyes. I bet he catches the ladies with those, I'm gon have to keep an eye on him
"Hi I'm Chase , looking for Ms.Smith"
"Here i am!" Miya says from behind me. *damn i was going to interrogate him* "Come on in the studio is downstairs"
You can tell by the look on his face that he thinks shes fine. That's all good and dandy but she belongs to me and he's a hoe i can tell.
"Alright thanks" he says smiling brightly stepping around me.
He watches her as she walks back towards the basement.
"Oh hell no" i mumble "Hey baby!" I call after her and they both turn around. I throw a quick smirk his way and walk up to her and give her a quick but full kiss and she lets out a quiet moan into my mouth. I smile in satisfaction.
She blushes " What was that for?" She asks
"For being so damn sexy" i say kissing her on the cheek.
"Ok thanks" she laughs
When i turn around Chase is chuckling and I'm thinking
*Dafuq is so damn funny?*
"Come on babe." She says pulling my arm "Chase its right this way."
"Coming sexy" he says but only loud enough for me to hear. I glare at him hard
After we get into the basement Miya goes straight into business mode . Its such a turn on to hear her be authoritative. She works well with him and to be honest he has a nice voice, i still don't like him though.
Her session with him lasts about 3 hours and the whole time i was entertained by G. That nigga is hilarious, i understand why they're best friends.
"Aye so what you think of ole dude?" I ask him
"Who Chase?" He asks and i nod.
"Psh, i think he a wanna be pretty boy with a nice talent that he uses to get all the bitches and wants to try it on my baby sis but it ain't gone happen. Even if she wasn't gay i can smell man hoe all on him i wouldn't even let him touch her."
"Your my new best friend" i say giving him daps.
"Yeah i always look out for her, shes my everything. I don't mean like I'm secretly in love with her or anything but man shes my rock. Always has been and always will be." He says looking at her working. "She has such a big heart and shes talented and smart. And even with all that shes humble. Shes just... Miya. Yea just Miya." He chuckles
"Shes strong.... But shes also fragile. Don't hurt her ok?" He says looking at me intensely "i like you and think you cool and all but i wont hesitate to cuss you out. I mean i cant hit you cuz your a girl but i can throw some mean words your way, n Don't try that my girl cant have a best guy friend shit cuz I will always be here got it?"
"Yeah i got it man." I say back. I look over at her and shes staring at Chase hard. In the recording room hes singing his little heart out and pointing at her.... Wait hold the hell up.
I get up and walk over to her snapping her out of her little daze. "Hello in there." I say
She takes off her headphones and looks up at me. "Yes baby?"
"You alright?" I ask her
"Yeah im fine, just bored. Kid has a nice voice but he's trying to hard." She laughs
"You seemed pretty entertained" i says gruffly
"Awww baby is someone jealous" she says pulling on my T-shirt.
"No!" I say defending myself
"I was staring at him cuz it was entertaining, meaning it was funny not because i liked it duh com here boo" she says kissing all over my face making me smile
"Yeah, yeah, yeah." I say pushing her away slightly and kissing her cheek "When is he leaving?" I groan
"His session will be done in about 30 minutes so hold on." she says turning to the sound board and putting him on speaker
"Hey, Chase good job in there. We've got about 30 minutes left so whatever else you wanna do lemme know so we can wrap it up." she says quickly
"I wanna do a intro to the demo really quick....." he says rubbing his chin then looking at me smirking "Would you like to be in it Ms. Smith you know a little shout out to the person that helped me put this together?"
At that moment I took him off speaker and stood right in front of her "No." I said blatantly
"What do you mean no? Rae its just an intro its not like he wants me in a music video." she says rolling her eyes
"Fine but if he touches you I have the right to break his hand."
"No, im going to need you to not mess with any of my clients! This is how I make my money same as you and I wouldn't do that to you if some fem came in and was tryna flirt with you. You already know who's going to be in my house.... or in my bed at the end of the day. No need to be worried about it bae trust me." and with that she got up and walked towards the door to the recording room.
"Work the soundboard for me will you? Just remember the more you mess it up on purpose the longer I have to stay in there with him." she smirks
She walk in the room and he immediately goes for a hug but she keeps it professional along with rejecting him and sticks her hand out and he shakes it... touching her hand a little longer than necessary but at least that's all he's gon be feeling.
She was right though she's mine now I don't need to worry bout nobody else but us.
They did the intro and she walked him to the door after words thanking him for choosing her to support him and he thanked her as well and blah blah blah as soon as that door was closed I captured her in my arms and took her back upstairs to the room
"Freaks!" we hear G yell from the kitchen
We both laugh and shut the door, making love once again.... or maybe a few times before her next client comes over
