Taking a pull from his cigarette Micah tried to wrap his mind around the situation he had going on. He was one that liked to keep his personal life just that personal.

The police had come to his aunts home and raided it along with his car finding nothing, but Micah was still heated that they'd come at all. Due to their little search and the people in Seattle being nosy he was being looked at by everyone as a suspect.

Some of the kids at school made remarks saying they felt Micah was the reason Peyton was missing because Peyton bullied him. Of course non of these kids had the nerve to say this around Micah because deep down he scared them a little.

It also didn't help that the media outlets were releasing everything the could find. Micah's mug shot was already being plastered in the news as a suspect when they hadn't even solved the actual crime. The whole ordeal was just messy.

Tossing his cigarette Micah pulled up his pants before making his way into the grocery store. He was getting some things for the condo since he and Cassie were there for the weekend.

Grabbing a stray basket Micah walked toward the dairy aisle in search of milk.

He ignored the stares he was getting because since his name was released that's all people had been doing was staring at him. It didn't matter if what was reported was true or false they still looked at him like he was guilty.

In this case he indeed was, but they didn't know that therefore they had no reason to assume off false allegations that hadn't been proven.

Grabbing the two percent milk instead of the whole since whole milk made his stomach hurt Micah fought the urge to be rude to the woman that was looking at him. She was an older woman with gray hair, bags under her eyes, and a moo moo on. Had to be someone's nosy grandmother.

"Excuse me young man?" The woman said catching Micah's attention before he got too far.

Stopping Micah turned to her watching as her lips curved into a smile.

"I saw your face on the news the other morning and I prayed for you. They said a lot about things in your past and I want you to know that Mrs. Gladis said a prayer for you." She said grabbing his hand in hers and patting it.

This took Micah by surprise since all the other people had said nothing nice to him at all. The all said that he should rot in hell and Micah could care less. Something about this lady was different though. She was genuine.

"Why?" Micah asked scrunching up hid face and removing his hand from hers before wiping it on his pants.

"I dont have any diseases boy trust me I'm just as much a germaphobe as you. And the words you looking for is thank you. You're welcome by the way."
