And yet an another drawing that became a whole new original webcomic idea

So Here's the gist of the world: Basically, in Scarecrow Town, te hierarchy  is that the more tattered your clothes, the higher you are. Why? Because the levels are based on scare points ish. So prim and proper clothes are cheap, compared to tattered and worn out clothing

One exception to the rule would be if you're a magic user, in which case you can utilize it to be able to terrify creatures

Now, the gist is that once every 6 moon cycles, is the test for students to see how much they can terrify the Fleshlings on the other side of the world, and that would bring in test scores.
