Monday came faster then expected, and I wasn't ready to go to school again. Alan and I had searched when we returned home Saturday and we searched on Sunday, but we can up nothing. This was going to be a lot harder then we'd expected. I hopped into Kayla's hummer and we drove away to school.

Really, I don't want to go, Aiden has still got this 'chase' thing going on. After a visit from mother I knew I wouldn't be able to let anyone else in. We pulled in the parking lot and there stood Aiden, right next to the spot Kayla and I park everyday. I tried to get Kayla to avoid him, but she wouldn't have it. She parked and stepped out walking right over to the guys but closer to Cole. Traitor! I opened my door and Aiden held his hand out boy I ignored it and stepped onto the asphalt. Turning on my heels I started toward the school doors and kept my head down.

"Nemy, this won't work. You can't stand being away from me." He smirked, though I couldn't see it, I could hear it in his voice. "You know you want me and I want you so let's call it even, and totally have dinner tonight."

"No, Aiden. I can't, and won't let this happen." He looked so hurt but I just looked away because it was crushing me.

"Aiden, baby. You wanna come over tonight and we could play a little.. you know." A squeaky came from my side where Aiden was walking a long side of me, I'd recognize that voice with in a hundred mile radius.

"Brittney, not now." Aiden sounded angry and so I just had to put my input in.

"Barbie if you don't want we to break you nose again, I'd surry off and take them with you." I pointed to the other plastic dolls with make up called on their face. Brittney flinched at first and the sneered at me.

"Your just mad I can pleasure a guy, unlike you, nerd." Her plastics laughed like that was the funniest thing they had heard all day."You know, if I were you,-" I cut her off with a wave of my hand that caused her to have smoke curl out of her ears.

"First of B****, you will never be me because you probably can't keep it in your pants for more then a week. Second, I don't chase after a guy that doesn't want me. And lastly, you''re to fake to be a 'real boy'" Aiden chuckled and Brittney growled and left but not before whispering a cold you'll regret this, it doesn't scare me because I can take her out with one punch.

"Nemy, you know, today's my birthday and I wanted to take you to the beach with me. Not to get you in the water, it's to cold for that. I wanted to have a little celebration of our own." He wiggled his eyebrows suggestive and I giggled.

There it goes again, I need to stop that. "No, Aiden." I said firmly, standing up straighter.

"But Nemy!" He grabbed on to my arm and shakes me like he was two years old. "It's my eighteenth birthday! You need to come to the beach with me!" He made a pouty face and I cracked a smile bit quickly brought it back.

"No Aiden." With that I quickly walked away from him heading to homeroom, where he would probably bug me some more.

During the rest of first second and third period Aiden bugged be about him and I enjoying the view on the beach for his birthday. Continuously I said no and he stilled asked every second of the day. Lunch came and I ran to my locker hoping not to be caught by Aiden. Luck was on my side today because not only was Aiden not at my locker he wasn't in the lunchroom either. At first I felt a small pang at my heart but pushed it away, thinking it was just the fact he ruined the whole days routine.

The rest of the day pasted in a blur and I rushed home to find put what Alan had about my biological parents. I flung the door to the gym open and literally ran to the fighting ring where Alan stood coaching a big guy, who weighted about two hundred pounds in all muscle.

"So..?" I rolled back and forth on my toes. "What did you find?"

Alan turned to me after telling the man to go to the punching bag for a while.
