It's been a week and Aiden has been a regular at the gym, and my fights. Ever time he tries to talk to me at a fight I make sure to have my hood up and find a way to escape. He has made well on his promise to figure me out, though I've brought nothing to the surface he is still trying.
At school he always sits next to me in class and asks me random questions. So far he knows my favorite color is black, and I once lived in New Jersey. I always leave during lunch with Kayla, so that he doesn't drag me to his table with the other school criminals.
Another Monday, if only this day of the week didn't exist, but then I'd hate Tuesdays. I stepped onto my bus just as my phone buzzed. It was a text from Kayla, it read:
Got the flu, I'm not going to be in school have fun with the bad boy ;)
--Kayla
Dang flabbit, I angrily texted back 'you suck!'
By this time the bus was already at the last stop. Aiden came on the bus with a smirk, like he knew something I didn't. Like every morning be.sat next to me. "Hey buddy. How are you this wonderful morning?"
"Cut the crap Aiden. What do you want from me?" I sighed
"Nothing, I was just going to say you were coming with my friends and myself to the diner."
"And if I declined?" I raised an eyebrow, I wanted to know the answer to this question.
"Nemy, it wasn't a question." He smirked. Did he think telling me what to do would get us anywhere. He cannot just tell me what to do and think that's it.
I turned and scowled at him. Before for I could speak though the bus pulled up to the school and he got off but not before saying he would meet me at my locker at fourth period.
I walked into first period ready to tell him off, but the teacher was keeping a close eye on us. Guess that's what's best, sense Aiden and I are always talking. During the next two periods he put his ear buds in and pretended to not here me when I tried to talk to him. The nerve of this boy, just once I wanted to punch him in the face.
The fourth bell rung and I walked to my locker, put some books in and slammed it shut. I turned to walk to the lunchroom, I was almost home free. Just then Aiden turned the corner, he hadn't spotted me yet so I turned and ran the other way. About to turn the corner and I am swept off my feet, literally.
Aiden was holding me bridal style and smirking down at me. "Going somewhere?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Aiden, put me down," I said sternly. He laughed but placed me in front of him. I brushed the wrinkles out of my jeans and t-shirt. Just as I looked up though I was thrown over Aiden's shoulder. "Aiden! If you don't me down right this second, so help me-"
He cut me off with a a hearty laugh, " What, sweet Nemy, what will you do?" I could see we had left the building and was headed for the parking lot. Ugh! Why ME!?! He couldn't bother one of his slurs, that always seem to be hanging on his arm?
"Aid, baby you don't want to know." I growled at him.
"Kinky. I like it, but I don't think your father will allow it sadly." He said this throw a chuckle. I never in my entire life wanted to beat somebody up so bad until right now. If only he knew. Finally he places me on the ground, I was happy I wanted to kiss It, but I didn't, I don't know what's been on that ground.
"Finally, don't ever pick me up again, Aiden." I turned and saw the most beautiful thing in the whole planet. "Oh my gosh! This is a 1976 black mustang with a v-6:171cubic inches; 90-105 horse powered engine. You have got to be kidding me!"
