After James dropped his big news and left I asked Alan about the whole family thing. He told me that James was his biological brother that had been adopted by the Browne's when he was five. Alan was older than James by one year. The Browne's only adopted James because they needed an heir to the company. Alan ended up Finally talking to his brother again when he became a fighter and James wanted him to be one of the corporations fighters. Alan was the best and every one knew it but during a vacation of his, he fell from a cliff and shattered his whole left arm. When it healed, he cam back but found out he had been replaced. That was when Alan retired and bought the gym. Since then Alan and his brother never talked and Alan still held a grudge.

Now, Alan was training people harder then ever and after hours, he trained me. He never stopped working, I worried he was obsessing over the contest his brother was starting. Maybe, I think, it was because he didn't want his younger brother to look down on him.

"I'm exhausted." I ranted to Kayla about all the things Alan was making me do. I'd been avoiding Aiden ever since we kissed. I couldn't really handle him when everything else was going on. Kayla has been hounding me to talk to him and as soon as I finish complaining about Alan she would bring it up again. I have to admit I did kind of miss him. "And that is how I ended up with two hours of sleep." I sighed. It was homeroom and everyone was chatting and some looking my way, who was witness to the kiss or heard rumors. The nerd and the bad boy, what a cliche, right? The only thing is I'm not a nerd. Then Kayla opened her mouth and I knew what was coming.

"So... I know you don't want to hear it but-" She was interrupted by a sound of crashing behind me.

Swiftly, I turned around and sote for the source of the sound. There on the ground was a chair and Tyler lying on the ground. I looked down at him and raised an eyebrow. He smirked and u realized he was trying to listen in on my conversation. Shaking my head I returned to face Kayla, but she wasn't there, Aiden was. I saw her sitting with Cole and Zack on the opposite side of the room. That traitor. Tyler was just a distraction.

"Nemy, have you been avoiding me?" Aiden smirked but his eyes were a bit sad. Everyone in the class was now looking at us and some weren't even trying to hide it.

I shot my hand in the hand, I had to get out of this class room. The teacher classed on me and I said without thinking really, "I have to see."

"Thanks for sharing." The class laughed. "Take out your pass book and you have ten minutes, go." She snapped.

I hopped out of my seat and almost sprinted to the door. A breathe I was holding in came out in a relieved sighed, that was until I heard my homeroom down open again. Aiden was walking toward me and I ran, I don't know what came over me, I just couldn't be next to him because when we were together he had some weird power over me.

"Nemesis, wait!" He yelled down the hallway. The foot steps picked up and I ran to the door that lead to the field where the bathrooms were for this wing of the school. I was half way there when I was tackled to the grass. "I said wait," Aiden grumbled.

He flipped me over so I was facing him. "What if I didn't want to?"

"Well, that is how we ended up like this." He chuckled and so did I because this was kind of funny and pass buyer were probably doubled over. "Now, why are you avoiding me?"

"And who said I was avoiding you?" I was being very unresponsive but right now I didn't care.

"It's pretty obvious and Kayla told me." That traitor, never will I tell her anything again.

"I don't know." I shrugged, well as much of a shrug as I was capable of while pinned to the ground. "Promise I won't run, just get off of me. You're so fat." That was a lie, he wasn't fat he was hot with plenty of muscle.

He huffed and smirked,"This babe," he picked up my hand and lifted his shirt, "Is anything but fat." He glided my hand down his abs and I bit my lip. No! I will not allow this.

I snatched my hand back and managed to push a laughing Aiden off of me. "You're such a weirdo."

I sat criss cross Apple sauce facing him when he finally contained himself. "Why?"

"Why, what?" I tried to confuse home but by the look on his face he knew that.

"Why are you avoiding me? I know you like me." He was cocky, what makes him say that, we'll it's pretty obvious but I wasn't going to tell him that.

"Don't flatter yourself." I was lying through my teeth and we both knew it.

"Okay, sure. How about this." He moved his face closer and closer to mine. "Stop me, if you want to." He smirked and his lips brushed mine.

I tangled my hands in his hair and smashed my lips to his. We moved in moved in sync. As soon as I realized what was happening though I pushed away and stood up to run. Tears were streaming down my face by now and a hand ensnared my wrist. "Aiden, just let go."

"I feel there's a double meaning there." His eyes were sad as he watched my face and he looked hurt. "No Nemesis. I won't let you go not ever. I will not hurt you like someone did before me, I promise. Just give me a chance. One chance is all I'm asking for."

Could I? Could I give him a chance I have denied so many other? Could I give him the chance to steal my heart and break it? Then realization hit me. He'd already took my heart without my permission and denying him would have my heart broken but it wouldn't be His fault, it'd be mine. My eyes stared straight into his and I realized they were glossed over and love and worry shined through his unshed tears. I encircled my arms around his neck and kissed him with all the pain I'd been through and all the feeling I had for him. He kissed me back and I smiled when we looked back at each other. He spun me around and placed me on the ground laughing. My tears had long dried up and were replaced with sparkes of love.

"Is that a yes?" Aiden looked at me expectedly.

""What do you think?" he continued to look at me and so I said, "Yes that's a yes dummy." I kissed him lightly and pulled away because my phone vibrated. Kayla texted: You've been gone fifteen minutes. Hurry before the devil herself comes for you. Crap, I almost forgot. "Aiden we have to go back we are already late."

"You didn't even use the bathroom yet." He smirked.

"Never had to, but you knew that." I winked at him and hand in hand we walked back to class.

"Again, Nemesis. It's a simple three punch combo kick." Alan had been yelling since training started and I was getting sick of it. Every time I did the combo he would yell about how I'm not doing it right. I punch thrice and kicked, I'd done it perfectly and so Alan told me we were done for today.

"Alan, I know you want to show your brother you have talent in this gym, but you have got to lighten up. These guys are going to quit before the competition even is printed in the morning paper." I patted his shoulder and walked to upstairs to my room to shower.

"Sorry," he called up to me.

I shower and put on something nice. My fake glasses were broke because Brittney snapped them, like any other year. I was going to a bonfire that invited Aiden to tonight. It was on the beach, even though it was 25 degrees outside so I dressed warm. I walk down the steps and to the from door. Opening it I heard a voice talking to someone. Now being able to see outside, since I held the door open, I saw two personages.

One was Aiden and the other was someone I never wanted to see again. This someone was currently laughing with my boyfriend on my porch.

This someone was..... Ryan.
