After lunch, Kayla and I went to finish our last period then back to my place. Kayla was coming to my fight tonight because she said she didn't want to go home. Her dad was back from California, and him and her mom were doing there on again off again thing, like always.

I walked through the gym doors with Kayla at my side. She was kind of hiding behind me because all the guys at the gym are perves. It was a full day, before seeing anyone I could just tell by the stench in the air. We finally got to the exit of the entry hall.

"Does it always smell like that?" Kayla made disgusted face.

I nodded, "Sometimes worst." We then walked into the main room. A boxing ring was in the center with punching bags all around it. Alan was in the ring with someone with blond hair. I've pretty sure I would remember him if he came here, I guess he is knew. Just the Alan spotted me and said something to his sparring partner. Bending the ropes he stepped under them and made his way over to me and just like that the blond turned to face us. Aiden. Then he placed that annoying smirk on his face. What the heck was he doing here? This is my sanctuary and he just ruined it. It was a good thing I hadn't changed out of my nerd outfit.

"Isn't that..." Kayla trailed off, but I knew exactly what she's meant.

"Uh-huh...," I answered. Alan finally made his way to me, and the first thing out of my mouth was, "Alan, what is he doing here?"

He scratched the back of his head in confusion. "He's getting ready for his first down town match. Why?"

I gulped, "That kid goes to my school. You didn't tell him about me did you? Please say you didnt?!"

He patted my shoulder and smiled, "Relax Nemesis, I haven't said anything. I swear." I let out a sigh of relief. "But, he is coming to the fight tonight, though," Alan looked at me sheepishly.

"Are you kidding me!" I said in a hushed whisper, "He is bound to find out who I am!"

"No, you go by Ghost on the streets. And you look way different without this fake glasses." I think he was trying to reassure himself more then me. "Was this stupid? Should I tell him, he can't come?"

"Very. And no he'll just get more supious, and I don't need that right now. He can come just don't let him to close to the front." Alan nodded.

"We'll leave before you, and get there late that way people crowd you and you can't be seen." I nodded, agreeing with Alan.

"Kayla and I are going to be upstairs getting ready. Tell me when your leaving." I gave him a hug. "Love you."

With that we made our way up the steps, to my bedroom. When we got there I locked my door and took off my disguise. Pulling my hair out of my messy bun, I let it fall down to about lower back. I put on a pair of flexible black tights, and a fitted black shirt. Kayla sat on my bed as I strung up a punching bag. Usually, I would practice down in the gym but now you know who is down there.

"I still don't understand why you wear that stupid nerd outfit. Look at you, you could take Brittney done once and for all." Kaylalooked lime she was trying to plead with me through her eyes.

"Because, I don't want to be the female version of Aiden. I don't want

to be the girl people are afraid of. I just want to be normal."

"Normal isn't all it's cracked up to be," I heard Kayla say to herself.

Punching away at the bag for more then thirty minutes and being distracted I didn't realize Alan yelling up the stairs until Kayla yelled at me. He said him and Aiden were leaving and not leave the house. I breathed a whatever, and went back punching.
