A/N: Tony bashing in this chapter. I warned you.

Loki held up to his promise.

He turned Dr. Banner into the Hulk.

Unfortunately, I realized a little too late that Dr. Banner was blocking the only exit out of my room and therefore, blocking my escape.

I sighed. Why is this my luck?

I glanced around Bruce, and quickly realized there was no 'glancing around Bruce' because in this form he barely fit in the hallway.

"Damn," I whispered.

Bruce turned around and glared at me.

"Oh, dear lord."

He started to charge at me and it took everything in my not to scream. Instead, I started searching for a way to get past him without him bashing my face in and possibly breaking every bone in my body.

Just as he was inches in front of my and had his fist out to smash the wall beside me, I ducked under his arm and started running as fast as I could.

I could hear him running behind me (he wasn't exactly quiet when he ran in that form), so I pushed myself to run as fast as I possibly could.

I felt like my lungs were going to collapse and I could hear him smashing walls as he ran behind me.

I ran towards where I knew everyone was. The main command center where I was introduced to everyone. I knew they'd be able to slow Bruce down enough so that I would be able to get on the helicopter.

They lived up to my expectations.

I smirked as I continued to run towards the end of the hall where there was a whole chunk of the building missing.

I glanced at the helicopter and saw Loki was already on board. He gestured for me to jump and my eyes widened.

"Okay, I can do this. I can do this," I muttered to myself.

I took a deep breath and backed up a couple of steps so that I could get a running start.

I tried not to think about what would happen if gravity took over before I could reach the helicopter.

I started running towards the edge and the helicopter flew a little bit closer. They could only get so close before they were within shooting range. They pulled out a ladder and sent it out.

I dove off the edge and flew through the air. I closed my eyes as I started to fall downwards.

I landed on the ladder, barely, holding onto it by three fingers.

I let out a huge sigh of relief as I gripped the ladder tightly.

"Shoot her, Steve!" I heard Tony yell.

Steve met my gaze and I nodded at him.

He fired off five bullets and not a single one hit me.

Still, I pretended to be dead until we had flown far enough away that they wouldn't see me.

After that, I climbed up the ladder and jumped into Loki's embrace.

"Finally," he sighed and I grinned.

"So, where are we going?" I asked.

"Oh, I think you'll like the place I have picked out for us." He smirked at me.

"Where are we going?"

He gestured for me to look out and I did.

We were approaching Stark Tower.

"No way," I breathed.

He smirked again. "I remembered how much you loved Theo's house, so I pulled some strings and made sure Ms. Pepper Potts stayed away."

I glared at him. "I got her on a vacation for two months!" He raised his hands in surrender. "Rest assured she's still breathing."

I smiled. "Thank you."

"Of course." He wrapped his arm around me and I rested my head on his shoulder.

We landed on top of Stark tower and got out of the helicopter. I was in awe of the view we had.

"No wonder Tony is so arrogant, he has a view like this at his leisure."

Loki laughed. "Yes, it is quite beautiful." He held out his arm. "Come on, let's see the inside."

I took his arm and we went inside Tony's house. "God, I hate people who are born rich," I muttered as I started at the beauty of his home. Loki just chuckled.

I stared at his home the same way I stared at Theo's: my jaw never left the ground.

"I LOVE THIS PLACE!" I shouted.

Loki laughed. "Unfortunately, I need a little more from Mr. Stark than just his beautiful home. You go pick out a room, I need to locate his records on the avengers."

"All right, if you need help let me know. I'm pretty good at hacking," I winked at him as I walked out of the room.

I started out walking through the tower. I grabbed a water from his kitchen and started looking for a spare room with extra clothes in it.

I'd feel pretty awkward living out of Tony or Pepper's room and I'd feel even more awkward wearing outfits owned by Tony's girlfriend.

I finally found a room on one of the higher floors that didn't look like anybody owned it. It had a bunch of clothes in the closet and I smiled when I saw them.

I quickly got changed into a pair of high-waisted shorts and a shirt. I pulled my short dirty blonde hair into a side braid and stared at my reflection in the mirror.

Dear god, I looked awful.

I had bags under my eyes the size of Texas and my shoulder blades were starting to peek out from under my shirt because of my lack of eating.

I shrugged and walked out, heading back to Loki.

He was seated on a couch, seemingly lost in thought.

When I got closer to him he looked up at me curiously.

"Have you been eating?" He asked.

"What?"

"What about sleeping?"

"Um."

"Because I've been thinking back and I don't remember you eating or sleeping since Germany. I'm wondering if you just ate and slept while I was in the cage or this is a serious problem. So, Sophie, have you been eating or sleeping?"

"No," I replied softly.

"What?"

"No," I replied more firmly.

"You haven't been eating or sleeping?"

"No."

"For the love of god will you please eat something it's been two days!" He shouted.

"I'm not hungry," I shrugged.

"What about sleep?"

"I'm not tired."

He groaned. "I'm not going to lose you over something this stupid! Now, I'm making you hot chocolate and cookies so you can eat then fall asleep, and you will eat." He threatened before leaving the room.

I smiled softly. I've never in my life had someone this concerned about my health. Not even Avery was this concerned if I forgot to eat for a day.

It felt nice to have someone stress over me for once in my life. I relaxed on the couch and sighed happily.

I was at peace.
