Laya’s POV:

We drove to the city and parked outside the small shopping centre. The city wasn’t that big, so hopefully it wasn’t so many people there now. But it was summer break so it was more than normal. We walked inside the first store and I started looking at some clothes. I didn’t want Mateo to use so much money on me, so I was just looking at the not so expensive stuff.

I saw some really cool stuff in some of the stores and tried some of them on. I have a really different style so I could were dark, challenging clothes, but also nice, light and innocent clothes. So in the end I ended up with three different clothing sets that Mateo convinced me to let him pay.

(What Laya bought) ->

After around 2 hours we had finished the shopping and happily no one had recognized Mateo. We went to a small café shop and bought some ice cream. We sat down in the café and relaxed a little.

“That was fun” I said, smiling.

“Yeah, it was, and you deserve everything I bought you” He said, taking one of my hands and intertwining our fingers.

I just smiled and kissed his cheek.

A little while later we left and drove back to the camping for my new shift. He had to drive me home first so I could take out my new clothes and change back to my working clothes. This time he came with me to my house. Helping me with the bags. When we came inside the house and was about to walk up to my room, my mom of course came out of the kitchen.

“Hello there” my mum said smiling. She looked at me and then turned her gaze to Mateo. I looked at him too, a little anxious. He wasn’t wearing his sunglasses and I was afraid that my mom would recognize him from the thousand posters I had in my room. He looked down at me, giving me a small smile before looking back at my mom.

“Hey, nice to meet you” he said. Reaching her his free hand. My mom took it and smiled.

“Nice meeting you too, I’m Sarah Edwards, but just call me Sarah”

“Okay, I’m… James” He said, a little unsure, but I nod, telling him that "that's right".

“You know, you’re a little familiar, have I seen you some where before?”

“I don’t think so,…” Mateo started but I cut him of.

“Maybe you have seen him on the camping one time, he have been here some other times a while ago too” I quickly said, giving Mateo a nod. Telling him to play with.

“Yeah, that’s right, I was here with my parent’s some time back, but I didn’t talk so much to Laya back then, I was really shy” He said, smiling his cute, shy smile.

“Oh, I see. Maybe it was… nice too se that you came back then” my mom said, smiling as we escaped to my rom.

“Phew, that was close. I said, putting my bags on the floor and sitting down on my bed. Mateo did the same and sat beside me.

“Not strange that she thought she had seen me before when your walls are decorated with pictures of me” He said and winked. I laughed a little and lightly punched his arm.

“Yeah, yeah, what ever.” I smiled and stood up. Taking my working clothes and walking out of my room and inside the bathroom. I quickly changed and walked back out to my room.

Just to find my mom standing in the doorway looking at Mateo.
