Laya’s POV:

“You’re him” she says, pointing between Mateo and my posters. I quickly slipped past my mom and in to my room. Sitting down beside a not so confortable Mateo.

“Uhm, yeah… he is” I said and gave my mom a small smile. She nodded slightly, looking like she was in a little bit of a shock. Not every day your daughter is coming home with a world known superstar.

“So how exactly did you two meet?” she finally said. Pointing between Mateo and me.

“Like I said, we met on the camping, but I didn’t knew it was him at first, he was kind of hiding behind sunglasses and stuff like that the whole time.” I said, smiling a little.

“Okay, so how did you figure it out?” She asked, starting to calm down a little.

“Um, I went past his cabin one day and heard him playing on his guitar and singing, and after that I went looking in the guest book on what he had been writing and I saw his middle name and last name, which could just mean one thing” I finished and looked at Mateo, smiling.

My mom smiled too and nodded.

“Okay, you should probably get going, the clock is almost 3pm.” She just said, walking out of my room and back downstairs.

“That was weird” I said, standing up. Mateo nodded and followed me downstairs and out to his car. We jumped in and drove down to the camping.

I jumped out beside the store while he drove back to his cabin.

I unlocked the store and went inside. I opened the window and put out the newspaper. Not long after some guest came and asked for a cabin. I helped them with the cabin and when they were finished some older people came with a caravan. I showed them where they could place it and they paid for the time they were going to stay. They thanked me and drove of to their place.

I sat down in the couch and relaxed a little before another couple of people came to check in on the camping. Some in cabins, other in tents or caravans. I finished the last group of guests right before Mateo came inside the store. He sat down in the couch and I fell down in the spot beside him, sighting of tiredness. He chuckled a little and put one arm around my shoulder.

He took of his sunglasses and looked down at me. I smiled up at him. I loved to see his bright blue eyes looking down at me. It was like he saw right inside of me and could see every little thought or feeling I had.

He leaned in and our lips met and fitted perfectly together. After a minute or so we pulled apart to get our breath back. We kept our foreheads together and continued to stare into each other's eyes. I got really lost in his gaze and a small blush came to my face, like always. But I continued to look at him and smiled. He smiled to.

Suddenly a loud squeal coming from the door of the store. I quickly turned around and to my surprise, Janelle was the one standing in the doorway. She was tripping on her tiny feet’s and pointing at Mateo. This was not good.

I jumped to my feet and sprinting towards her, putting a hand over her mouth. She relaxed a little and I put my hand down.

“Yo…you’re, you’re him. You’re Mateo Hortez” she squealed, wide eyed and with a mouth wide open.

“Please don’t tell anyone” I pleaded, looking at her with a serious face. But as expected she didn’t hear me. She was to busy fangirling. I took a hold of her shoulders, making her look at me.

“Do you hear me, you can't tell anyone. Then he is going to be found by his management.” She stopped fangirling and looked at me.

“But..but, it’s him, you’re dating HIM. Why didn’t you tell me?” she asked, looking me straight in the eyes.

“Because I knew how you would react and that’s exactly how you did right now” I said, trying to stay calm.

“Yeah, he’s freaking Mateo fucking Hortez, how would I not freak out” she said, starting to yell again.

“please just stay calm and let this be between us” I looked at her with pleading eyes and worry all over my face. This is not good. Not good at all.
