Lost In Love

Chapter XI

✮❄✾ Lara Hills ✮❄✾

France was absolutely amazing! Somehow mum managed to get is booked into a Disneyland hotel? But that wasn't really vital, most of us seemed to be happy. Plus I had a date with Jamie that night! He didn't telling me where we were going, so I was little suspicious but I'm wasn't going to let that show.

***LATER-BEFORE MY DATE WITH JAMIE***

I got into my favourite red dress that I brought  with me and wore the bracelets that Ever and Jamie got me for my birthday. I stepped out side and I couldn't  see Jamie anywhere, a blindfold gently covered my eyes and tied at the back. I screamed.

"Hey. Hey. It's okay it's only me." I heard Jamie's reassuring voice say to to me.

"Phew. Sorry. Bad memories." I said slightly with a shudder.

"Sorry I just didn't want you to know where we were going." He said sounding slightly disappointed with himself for not knowing.

"Its okay" I said "Shall we go?"

He lead me forward and helped me into the car. Seeing as I couldn't see anything. I sat in the car lost in thought.

"Its okay it's Jamie. Just Jamie. You can trust him. Stay calm. Jamie is nothing like Ben." I reassured myself.

A few minutes later the car stopped and I heard my car door open and Jamie's hand took mine. He helped me out onto the pavement. He lead me forward a few metres and stopped.

"Ready?" he asked, and I nodded. The blindfold falls down and I saw a restaurant in front of me called 'Cáfe Rouge Mont Blánc'. I wasn't sure what it meant but I was happy. We walked in and a French man greeted us and directed us to a table for two. The table had Candles, and was quite a way away from any other tables. We sat down and I prepared for the amazing night to to come.…

***AFTER DINNER***

We thanked the waiter and Jamie tipped 20%. I think the whole night must have cost about £100 altogether. We walked out into the cold night and I shuddered. Jamie took off his coat and gave it to me. We got in the car and made our way back. We walked into the hotel together and back to our rooms. I quickly got dressed into my nightclothes and wished Jamie a goodnight. Before turning off the light and falling asleep.

***DREAM***

Exactly the same as last night. Ben and Juliet and Bens dad. And then The white light. Bens dad turned into Ben and I ran over to Jamie. He pushed me down and said he never loved me. They walk away. Except this time Jamie took a slow glance back at me, with a sorry, worried and sad look on his face. He turns away and carries on walking. Suddenly a boy ran over and picked me up.  'Are you alright?' he asks. 'Yeah I think I'm alright.' I said to him. I looked into his eyes and see a slight twinkle. Everything blurred and disappeared. I thought that might of been that George boy from school.

***END OF DREAM***

I woke up in my bed and thought  about that dream I just had, I decided that I wasn't going to tell anyone about it. It might just make them more concerned. I got up and walked out of my room. It was about 10 I think. I saw Alex sitting down.

"Hey where's everyone?" I asked him.

"They are all out somewhere or another." he said.

"Cool, so lets chat," I said to him sitting down.

"What about?" he asked.

"Megan," I said to him. He blushed. "I think that you and Megan would be good together you know. I know you are shy and everything, but I think you should ask her out." I said to him happily.

"Lara..." he said slowly. "I already have..."

He blushed again. My jaw dropped open.

"And she said yes?" I asked. He nodded. Then all the Girls came bursting in in laughter.

"Lara! Your up! Come on get dressed!" They said as they picked me up by the arms and literally dragged my backwards into my room. They got me into some of my clothes.

"We are having a mooovie nighttt!" Megan sung filling the room with a wonderful sound.

"Awesome!" I said back to them.

***LATER***

We settled down in front of the TV with some popcorn and watched a film. All the boys went to play Xbox and Ever wanted to go but she promised she would stay. After the film we got bored and decided to play a game of truth or dare. Megan was first and she chose truth, so I knew exactly what I was going to say.

"How long have you been going out with Alex?" I asked with a smile on my face. Megans eyes widened and Evers jaw dropped much like mine did earlier.

"What?!" Ever said surprised.

"About a week." Megan said blushing. Ever still looked on in shock.

"Anyway..." Megan said, "Lara it's time for your turn."

"Okay…" I said thinking. "I choose…dare." Megan and Ever giggled and whispered to each other.

"Okay Lara you have to…text George… Saying that you know he likes you" They said laughing.

"I don't even have his number." I said to them.

"I Doo!" Megan sung. They typed the number into my phone and gave it back to me.

I texted him saying 'Hi George, Its Lara. My friend told me that you told her that you like me. Soo..... yeah.' Megan and Ever laughed and couldn't wait to see if I got a reply. A few minutes later I did. It didn't look very hopeful.

It said 'Hi Laura, I don't know you that well, but I hope we can be friends-Just friends. Im sorry if someone has told you a different story but I'm saying this now. I hope you have a good holiday!' I read it and showed Megan and Ever.

"I don't get it." Megan said. "He told me he liked you…" She said confused.

"Its okay. It doesn't really bother me...' I said to her. But deep down for some reason it did.

Ever sat, playing on the iPad before saying that she was getting a Skype call from Erin and Lucy. Erin and Lucy are like sisters to each other, they always hang out together. It may be mainly because they have known each other since they were babies, and their brothers are both seniors.

Apparently Lucy had started seeing a guy called Austin, who is this boy that she had a crush on for ages and Erin got them to go out. Erin wasn't  really into boys, she concentrated more on drawing like Ever does usually. At the time she was super excited because one if her Art pieces was being put up in a gallery. They asked us if we could put on another film. So they could watch it with us.

***AT THE END***

We said goodbye to Lucy and Erin and ended our Skype chat. We all decided to crash on the floor, and surrendered to sleep for the night.
