Lost In Love

Chapter XXI

After the Cruise, we went back to school. Everything seemed pretty normal. Everything was calm, everyone was happy.

Lara was even more popular now, because of her cast. And Ever was  seemingly distant recently. I was still slightly worried about Lara, and how she was coping, but it was as though it never happened! I had read about bad expieriences sometimes coming back, in the form of a nmightmare, but because Lara forgot the whole experience, she obviously wasn't having bad mermories haunting her.

Now that all the others were happy, I could sort out all my own things. I always helped my friends out with their lives, so now it was time to set my life back on track!

I met up with Lucy to do some studying for our annoying Science test that was coming up. I didn't really like studying, but I likled Lucy - She was one of the least crazy people in our group. Erin was more Eevers friend, so I didn't really know her that well. And although Maria seemed like Evers type of friend, she seemed to like Lara more.

"So? How are things with Austin?" I asked, while flicking through the revision guide, looking at different subjects.

"Not great... We argue alot, and we have an on-off relationship. Im not so sure about his brother, Adrian though. He seems like he will stay with her for a while, but then leave her..." Lucy said.

And then we both bust out into Taylor Swifts "Stay stay stay," before going into fits of laughter. We recovered quickly, amd got back to our Science revision.

Once our studying was done, I realised I had an audition for the Schools play, Romeo and Juliet! Ouir Drama teacher was putting on some different plays, and they would be judged as to who would win. Its in our Drama groups - I wasn't in Evers Drama group, and Lara was in a different one too.

Lucy and Ever were in tohe same group, and they were preforming Wicked, the Musical about the Witches of Oz. I think Ever was going for Elphiba, and Lucy was going for Glinda.

Laras group hadn't decided on theirs yet, but they wanted a musical. We were making Romeo and Juliet into a musical, and I had been chosen to write some songs! My drama teacher loved my singing, and thought I should be the lead, but I still had to audition.

I quickly said bye to Lucy and ran off to my audition. I preformed a small piece from the play, before singing Taylor Swifts Stay Stay Stay, because I liked that song. I got an applause from the people watching, and I went off, smiling. I saw Alex going on next. He was auditioning for Romeo, and I was auditioning for Juliet! I would look weird with my Red Hair, so I would get a wig if I got the part.

Alex sang Hey There Delilah, by the plain white tees and sounded quite good. He sounded shy, like he was auditioning for a music show, but it was only our school play, although all plays would be filmed, and shown on TV! I hoped it would be mine that won, but all the plays would be on TV and people would have to vote for the best play!

***A Few Days Later***
