Chapter VII

♥♡♥Ever Lasting♥♡♥

I was excited about going up on stage to sing, and I could see Megan was too! We had planned out some of our favourite songs to be played. We had planned everything in the short time which we had!

I went down my room to try and find some nice jeans and a good tee to wear. I managed to find my dark grey jeans, but my black tee was missing.

I neatly packed everything away, which I rarely did, when I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I said, bored.

"Hey Evz! You know the dress we brought you for Lara's party?" Megan said, coming into the room.

"Uh... the black and rainbow one?" I asked.

"Yep! You're wearing that tonight!" Megan said.

I groaned. I liked the dress... I just didn't really like dresses! I went to say no, but Megan gave me a stern look.

"Fine." I said, grumpily.

She quickly got me the dress and I put it on. I glared at her, before realising she wasn't in a dress. She had a red skirt, in the design of the bottom half of my dress, and a with short sleeved blouse and a red bow in her hear. Megan didn't usually wear that kind of thing, she usually just wore shorts and a t-shirt.

"Lara picked out everyones clothes, as she isn't playing with us."

That made sense. I went to the music room to rehearse a bit more.

*** Time Of The Concert ***

"Hey! Im Eve, this is Maegan, James and Jamie! We'll be preforming some songs for you!" I said.

We started off with a preformance of 'Can We Dance' by the Vamps. James played on the Keyboard for this one. Once we finished, everyone applauded. We moved onto our next song - 'The Best Song Ever' by One Direction. Next, we moved onto 'Counting Stars', and 'The Story Of Us' by Taylor Swift. We had some solo's, but we kept on for the two hours.

Once it was over, the man we saw came over to us, and handed Megan a buisness card.

"If you, Eve, Meagan and James, ever want a career in music, just call me," He said. He passed James and me a card too.

Because I had no pockets, I had to put the card under my hat, so I wouldn't lose it. We thanked the man, Damien, and went back to our rooms. I said bye to the girls, and went to my room. James came in after me.

"Uh, I'll get changed in the bathroom," James said.

"Kay," I nodded.

I quickly got into my pjs, and got out my drawing book.

James knocked from the bathroom.

"All clear?" He asked.

"Yep." I replied.

James came out and sat next to me.

"What are you drawing?" He asked.

"Dunno. Anything." I started doodling in my sketchbook.

"Kay. Wanna watch a movie?" James asked.

"Yeah, sure!" I said. I put my sketchbook back under my bed.

James put on Disney Movies, and we watched it until we fell asleep.

*** NEXT MORNING ***

James was still asleep, so I got out my diary.

"Dear Diary,

Its been great here on the cruise! We preformed songs infront of the other crew on the ship! It was AMAZING! And James, May and I all got the cards of a Music Producer called Damien Skarsonz!

It's weird how James always seems different when its just us... He's playful, yet kind. But around others he's sarcastic, and overdramatic and weird... But I don't care! He's my best friend, and that's how it'll stay!

Anyway, I need to go for breakfast! It's almost 11am! *Sigh* I want waffles so bye!

I put my diary under my pillow, and went up to the food area.

I ordered some waffles, and got butter and syrus. They tasted amazing. I went upstairs to get changed and have a shower. I quickly got my stuff, and took a shower. Afterwards I quickly put on my dark blue jeans, and black and white tee. I went in to Lara and Megans room because they want me to look nice because I'm filming a music video as part of our school project. Lara and James are the music, and Megan and I are singing. We have to produce two videos, because we're a four, and it's meant to be pairs.

When I went in, the girls sorted out my look. They did my hair, and gave me a yellow necktie. My hair was curled, and then pulled back into a ponytail! I had to admit I looked really nice!

Once the girls were done, Megan got her computer and went to the music room. Not many people went there.

Megan set up her computer to record the song. I started singing, with Lara and Megan doing the background music. We were recording for ages until we agreed it was perfect.

After that, we went to the stage and started filming it. The girls planned out the videos, and James and I sorted the music. The boys came up, and we got them to do the dancing with us. It was great fun filming it, and we would be filming Megans in France. "Put Your Hearts Up" by Ariana Grande.

Once it was all done, I took off the necktie and threw it at the guys. That was the last time I would be wearing one of those! Once our project done, we would be able to relax. Megan and Lara went off to talk about girl stuff, and Alex and Jamie went to do something, but I stopped paying attention. I sat down and started daydreaming. I wanted a monkey. A cute little brown monkey. I would call him George. James sat staring at me awkwardly. I wasn't paying attention to him. I thought about my monkey. I was so asking for a monkey for my birthday. Anyway - Our school allowed pets, and the twins would LOVE him! I made sure to make a mental note in my head, before I realised James was gone.

I was kinda upset, so I went to my room. I thought back to my cartoons when I wad younger and started drawing George and me. It was a really unrealistic drawing, but it wasn't meant to be really good! It was meant to be fun.

Bored of drawing, I went back to the main deck. I stayed there, staring out to sea. I had always loved the sea - How it could be beautiful sometimes. I loved how it seemed to be so undisturbed by people, and how so much could be there! It's why I loved the film Nemo.

I stared out to sea for ages. At some point, someone came to stand by me. I didn't look, because I was so mesmorised by it's beauty. I was there until the stars came out. I was starting to shiver, because it was cold. At some point, I felt someone come over. The person put a blanket over me. I didn't want to look away from the stars, but I wanted to see who it was. I looked away from the stars, to see some Midnight Blue eyes. Knowing only one person with the colour eyes, I knew it was James.

"Here. Sit down - We can stare at the stars," James said, sitting me down on a nearby chair.

I stared into his Midnight Blue eyes, mesmorised, before staring up at the stars again. I loved how the sky, alike the sea, had not been corrupted by People. We were destroying our planet, and its horrible! It makes me think of places which are left, undisturbed. I looked back at James tired. I lay back on the chair, staring at the sky.

I slowly drifted off to sleep, thinking about how James' eyes seemed to match the night sky, Dark blue with the occasional twinkle...
