Third POV:

Adam, Chase, and Leo stand in the living room with devices on their heads as they play a video game together. "Yes!" Chase cheers, "Totally gonna make it to the final level!"

Suddenly on the screen, it flashes, 'You lose.' And Chase sighs plopping on the couch. Adam and Leo follow, plopping beside him. "I just wasted three hours of my life getting to that level." Leo complains, "I'm never playing Mental Chaos again."

"Me neither." Chase agrees.

"Me neither." Adam agrees.

The three sit there in silence, looking at one another before declaring, "Again!"

They stand, playing the game again. Tasha walks in and sees Leo playing Mental Chaos, "Leo, will you stop playing that game? It is nothing but a huge time-waster that is going to rot your brain."

Mr. Davenport runs in and jumps over the couch, "Ooh, Mental Chaos! I got next!"

"Donald! I was just telling Leo that he's playing too much." Tasha tells him.

"Huh, you're telling me. He almost beat my high score." Mr. Davenport points out.

"I'm just saying, this game is affecting him. Last week he tried to pause me. Twice!" Tasha remarks.

They all laugh and Mr. Davenport nods, "That'd really come in handy." Tasha gives him a look and Mr. Davenport saves himself, "If it wasn't so wrong." Mr. Davenport turns to Leo, "Okay. Leo, what else are you interested in?"

"Well, I keep telling you I'd love to work with you in the lab." Leo answers.

"Yeah, and I keep telling you I don't wanna die in a fiery explosion." Mr. Davenport points out, walking away.

Tasha follows him, pulling Leo with her, "Donald, this is perfect! Leo wants to be like you, and you love you."

"But the lab is where I go to investigate the complex mystery that is me." Mr. Davenport tells her.

"Well, now you can investigate the complex mystery that is Leo." She smiles.

"I'm deep, baby." Leo remarks.

"But he's gonna touch all my stuff!" Mr. Davenport complains. Tasha, who is standing behind Leo, gives him a pleading face and Mr. Davenport gives in, "Fine! You can be my..." Mr. Davenport pauses, finishing through gritted teeth, "lab assistant."

"I prefer scientific liaison." Leo tells him.

"Yeah, how about vice president of stop talking before you blow it?" Mr. Davenport states.

Bree and Janet walk downstairs, seeing Chase and Adam playing Mental Chaos. "Hey," Bree gets their attention, "I thought I told you guys to get lost. The coolest girls in school are coming for a sleepover, and I don't want this place smelling like feet and pickles."

Adam sniffs himself, "Well, not me. I'm armpits and onions."

"Hey," Chase turns to Tasha, "why does she get to have a party?"

"Duh. We were given a hefty gift card to Trader Joe's" Janet holds it up.

Chase rolls his eyes and Tasha answers, "Because she needs to socialize more with girls so she'll stop challenging random strangers to loogie contests." Tasha explains.

Bree smiles proudly and Adam smiles, "Aw, but she's the champ!"

Janet nods, agreeing, "It may be gross, but she is pretty good at it."

"She has had some epic hang times." Chase nods, agreeing.

"You gotta work up a green one. They're meatier." Bree points out and Janet gags.
