Ocean And Waves

The sun was drowning in the ocean
In was half of the portion.
The other half was out
Spreading evening colours before it drowns.

The ocean glimmers
As the sun gets dimmer
Floating golds and diamonds in the sea
That's what it seemed

A wave rises
And floats to the shore
It scrapes the sand wet
And tries to keep its hold

But vain was their attempt
Because the sea pulled them back again

The waves didn't give up
They again rise up

They float to the shore
And try to keep their hold
But vain was the attempt again
Because the sea drags it back again

The ocean didn't give up
As the waves didn't give up

They fight and fight
Day and night
With a hope to find
The real winner.
