You are like a lotus. No matter how dirty the water is, you will someday bloom into something really beautiful. It's going to get better.
Others will say, "Look at her. This is where she belongs.", mocking you.
Others will say, "It's your fault that you're a lotus. Look where that got you.", and laugh at you.
Others will say, "I feel so bad for you. You're so beautiful and yet in such an ugly surrounding. Maybe you should change yourself?", and sympathise you.
Others will say, "You're the reason why that water is dirty", and blame you.
But one day there will be someone who will understand you. Love you for who you are. Won't ever mock you. Will always respect you. Won't ever blame or laugh at you.
Maybe it's going to be your life partner. Maybe it's going to be a new friend. Maybe it's going to be person in your life who's been there all along.
Or maybe it will be your true consciousness.
No matter who it is, that someone will say, "You're meant to be born in this dirty water. Because only your beauty can make this water worthy to look at. You have bloomed into a gorgeous flower even when you were buried in something so vile and befouled. You are a symbol of purity. You are divine." And will, finally, appreciate you.
