Third game: Instinct

    It was the fourth day of the games and neither me nor Kai have been able to find a way back to our time but we've sense a spike of magic from time to time. And it didn't come from any of the guilds.
Today we were gonna play another game then have some battles afterwards. The game today was instinct. The stupid pumpkin said that each guild were to pick at least 3 to 5 members in event lucky for us we already had about 3. Me, Kai, and Sparky(Laxus's nickname).
The game was bunch of isolated battles between various opponents and the last one that stands gains 5 points for each one they defeat. So basically a survival challenge. But for some reason I had a bad feeling about the whole game. I don't know why though. When the game had begun I ran into 2 people Gray and Mirajane.
'I hope Kai is having a better time than I am.'
Krista's p.o.v.
"Why me~?"
    I looked at the one I came across. Nastu and Laxus. Two FairyTail mages just my luck. I wonder how Laxus is doing.
Spirit/Laxus's p.o.v.
"Now where am I?"
I look around the area but can't spot anyone. They should call this hide and seek instead of instinct. I run off going down the path that went right hoping to find someone. I just hope no one is stupid enough to anger Kai because they haven't seen her go full throttle yet.
Krista's p.o.v.
    They stood their looking at each other rather than me. They also started to fight without noticing me as well.
'Come on seriously at least someone notice me.' I sweat dropped as I watch them still fight one another. I got up and was about to walk away when a lightning bolt almost hit me.
    I wiped my head around to see Laxus frown at me.
"You stay put, when I'm done with the fireball you're next."
    I couldn't help but feel a bit nervous. So I just stood and watch as it went on until Laxus knocked Natsu out of commission.
"Now it's your turn."
"Took long enough. Don't ya know it not nice to keep your opponent waiting?"
"Usually, It wouldn't make a difference but I got to know why the hell did ya do that to blondie?"
"Blondie?" I thought before remembering it was Lucy's nickname, "Oh! you mean Lucy. Well it's simple really, she was gonna find out about them."
"And who is them?"
"My celestial spirits, who else?" Laxus's face darkened as sparks of electricity came off of his body. I barely dodged a punch as I caught sight of him glaring right at me. I distanced myself away from him yet he appeared again and this time succeeded in hitting me.
I could hear the cheering of the Fairies as I was knocked off my feet but I was far from being out. I got up and thought it was time for me to show some of my magic.
"Alright! I'm really fired up now! Dragon Slayer Art: Fire Dragon Roar!"
"Two can play that game. Dragon Slayer Art: Lightning Dragon Roar!"
    The two attacks collide but the fire had given out before the lightning striking me, leaving me paralyzed standing. I look up to see that he was smirking like he had won. I grounded my teeth together at the thought.
'Damn it!'
'Ah~! Looks like ya got a problem king~. I could help ya out if ya want.'
'I don't have time for you, Shiro.'
'There is another way to summon me and I'm the only one that's able to do it. It's a whole lot faster and you already proved that you could handle us so let's try this method out shall we?~'
'What do I have to do.'
'Simply really. Plunge my key into your heart. You and I will take the fucker down.'
'Got it.'
    I was reaching for Shiro's key when I was grabbed by the front of my shirt. Dreyer pulled me until we were close enough to feel each other's breathe and look into the others eyes.  He held a very dark look in his eyes while I was looking at the reflection of myself in them. I saw myself scared...frightened struggling to get free...almost like that time.
"What you did to blondie is something that can't be forgiven. I'll kill you for what you did!" He stated this with a snarl before all I hear is nothing.
'He's gonna kill me. I can't die like this! I have to get back home! Mom! Dad! Uncles! I promised that I always return, I can't let it end like this!'
'Don't let the fear get to ya king~. It's fear that kills ya so stop worrying or you'll end up splattered on the ground.'
'But I...'
'Pathetic! You think that they know anything of what you've been through! They could never think of it so toss aside everything! Trust your Instincts! Hahahaha!'
    I grabbed hold of his arm before swinging to kick him in his side which loosened his grip enough for me to escape. I teleported far enough away before I wiped out the key that I needed. I held the key out and a black magic circle appeared around me.
"I'm not going to let a spark fly like you kill me so I guess I have no other choice than to use my keys and well you see this key is a special kind of key that allows me to...well how about I show you what it does?" I smirked as Dreyer grew tense but any attack he threw was blocked by the barrier created when the circle appeared.

Bind me with my Hollow
Now...Open!
Forbidden key of the Hollow, Shiro!
Forbidden Merge!"

A bright light enveloped me as I fall into darkness that surrounds me in a warm comfort. I open my eyes to my glowing light blue form.

Shiro's p.o.v.
    The merge was successful. I look down as I examined my surroundings before looking over at the idiot in front of me. I grinned at him.

"Alright, how about we get this party started!"
