Midnight's slip up part 1

Midnight's p.o.v.
As the third day began I felt as if it was going to be a long day. Yesterday, Kai defeated her but only because the stupid spark plug didn't hold back. She didn't really talk much after that. But after we got to a sweets place, she looked a bit better than before which I was glad about since Kai's smiles were exactly like hers. Bright and cheerful. It was impossible to really want to hate her but then again I got my dad tough attitude along with his soft side. My soft side was towards my friends and family.
Ma smiles always make me feel safe and comfortable yet when she smirks I can feel all the determination and self confidence behind it. Speaking of moms, I wonder how they're doing right now.
    I looked at the clock in our room to see that I still had 30 minutes until we had to go to the stadium. So I decided to go for a walk but as usual something happened. A couple of guys were picking on a girl in front of a weapon shop. I bumped into one of them but I kept going my own way or I would've if one of them didn't grab hold of me.
"Where do ya think you're going! Ya bitch how about an apology!"
"I'm so sorry that I hit you for bumping into me." I stated in a deadpan tone. This seemed to anger him even more.
"Why I outta..." the guy made a move to punch me only to end up crashing to the ground a second later.
"Damn!" I muttered under my breath as I saw that my arm turned to steel. I turned to the other two that just stood there, "If you don't want to end up like your friend there I suggest you get outta here but if you don't I would be happy to teach ya boys a lesson or two."
The two ran away as fast as they could as they left with their friend. I looked at the girl who seemed to have her mouth gaping.
"What?" All she did was point at me so I looked into the store window to see that my face was steel along with the rest of my body.
"Great," I said sarcastically as I looked at myself, "why did I have to inherit the old mans dragon slayer magic?" This is so troublesome." I put my hoodie over my head so no one saw my face as I walked away I heard the girl say thank you. I continued my walk and found Rikki waiting for me.
"Midnight! Where were you?! It's about to begin!"
"Geez calm down, Rikki. I ran into a little trouble that's all."
Okay if you say so."

"So how are going to explain to Kai that you used your iron dragon slayer magic."
"Rikki!"
