Surprise! Into Memories we go! Part 1

"Hey guys what's up?" I rubbed my eyes as I entered my quarters of the stadium where my team was. I had woken up to Lucy hand on my head and left quickly so that I didn't get caught.
"Where were you Kai?" Felix asked as I leaned on the stone on my elbows.
"I went to see her..." I never lie about what I do because then more things will just come bite me in the butt later on.
"WHAT!?" Midnight yelled as she grabbed me by the collar of my shirt.
"You know as well as I that we can't-"
"Nothing happened! I didn't talk to her nor did I let my emotions take control. I'm not stupid Midnight."
"Good." She let go as we turned to the stadium as more of the teams gathered to their spots. Then the announcer with the pumpkin appeared.
"Hello Everyone! After yesterday's event we decided to have a little fun with one of the participants. One of the many guild members will be chosen for a very special event. Now let's see who it's gonna be!" He sounded very excited as a huge holographic wheel with the name of the guilds appear. It spun and landed on our name. A light shot out of the wheel and headed straight towards us.
'Uh oh not good.' Me and Midnight thought as it came at us. We tried to dodge it and managed for a while until it hit me in the chest area sending me flying with my back hitting the balcony.
    I rubbed my head as screws appeared all throughout the stadium.
"Well looks like we get to see through some of the things in Krista's mind."
    That wasn't good. If they went through my head they could find something about me that isn't right. Before me or even Midnight could even protest a scene began to play out.
(Scenes will be in bold/ no ones pov)
    Krista, (age 8)was walking down the hall with a tall navy blue haired male. He stood as tall as Laxus wearing a set of silver headphones around his neck along with a black fur coat like Laxus's with a grey shirt and black pants to go with it.
"Okay I get that mom wants to see me but why did you have to come?"
"So you don't high tail it outta here like you did the last time she called you."
"Seriously Depro be a awesome brother for once and help me out. You know when mom calls for me it's either for personal or to do a job that's way too easy."
"Let me think...No."
"Argh!"
"Now come on." Depro grabbed Krista and dragged her until they got to a door which he opened and threw her inside before leaving himself.
"Gotta feel bad for sis though. Especially when it comes to mom, you have no idea what she's gonna throw at ya."
Back with Krista
Krista stood up and dusted herself off from the fall. She looked up to see her mom sitting at her desk fiddling with a small white box.
"Mom what are you doing?"
    Krista's mom jumped from hearing her daughters voice but calmed down instantly. She looked up at her daughter then stood up and walked over to her, taking the small box with her.
"Kai remember when you said that you wanted to be a celestial wizard?"
"Yeah?" Krista eyed her mom eerily. Her mom gave her the white box which she opened after a couple of minutes.
"No way!" She looked excited as her crystal blue eyes gleamed. Her mom giggled and nodded her head at her daughter.
"Oh! Thank you mom! Thank you, thank you!" Krista hugged her mom before being gently pushed back by her mom.
"It's all yours but you have to do something for me."
"What is it?"
"Kai, you have been an A rank for 6 months so I'll give you a little more challenging request."
"Mom are you..." Her mom nodded at the unasked question.
"Yes. It's pretty simple, all you have to do is defeat the demon terrorizing the townspeople."
"That doesn't sound to bad, I guess."
"Good, now here are the details about the mission," She gave Krista the request and pushed her back and led her out of the room," you can also use that key if you want for the mission. Good luck sweetheart!" She kissed her on the cheek before pushing her out of the office and shutting the door. Krista looked dazed a bit before opening the box again this time taking the object out. Now in her hand was a black celestial key with a red and white skull as the design at the top.
"Wow..." She smiled before running down stairs towards a girl with purple hair.
"Hikari! You won't believe  what just happened!"
    Unknown to her upstairs a black haired women looked down at the Krista as she talked with Hikari. The women's stormy eyes now held a sadness in them.
"Krista you must know that no matter what happens you cannot release him at any cost even if it's the only way to save the ones that you care for."
    Krista held a smile on her face as she, Hikari, another girl that looked like Krista but had black hair and red eyes, white hair girl, and a girl with pale blue hair talked over the mission.
