Battle Royal! Krista's Death!

Krista's p.o.v.
    Today was the last day of the competition and we were in second place close behind Sabertooth with FairyTail Team A little bit behind us. The pumpkin head stated that today was a battle royal and every member of the team was to participate. Even if we had built bonds with the people here, they still don't know who we really are.
I jumped from roof to roof as battles proceeded below until I saw a few members of Scarlet Dawn: Justin, Yura, and Luke.
"Alright, lock on...," a magic circle appeared on my right eye as it targets the three below,"Erupt Shock!" The three unsuspecting mages were all shocked simultaneously as bolts of crashed down.
"Krista Chaos has earned 15 pts for Soul Dragon!"
'None of these guys were the leader?'
    I landed on the ground as stray electricity sparked then and now. I heard footsteps as a person came in my direction. Midnight had came around the corner when she saw me in the middle of the three.
"Yo Night!" I smiled as I saw her.
"Don't tell me you did this, Krista."
"Yep!"
"I said don't tell me!" I laughed as Midnight yelled at me. The three knocked out were transported out of the game into a safe zone. It wasn't long until Midnight was off again to find an opponent to fight.
"Good Luck Night!" I yelled as she ran off. I also went my own path trying to find people to fight and we were still behind Sabertooth by 5 pts.
"Okay think Kai. If you were a person waiting for a battle where would you be?" I looked around different areas before spotting a Library which the doors were open. I walked in and saw both Gray and Lyon face down on the ground with shirts off as the whole area was covered in ice.
"That figures..." I muttered as I got out of the library to find someone to fight. I ran into members of Blue Pegasus as they were walking around calling out girls names. Let's just say I got 10 points for defeating 2 out of the 4. I continued my search for more opponents when I stumbled on Gajeel vs Natsu and Sting vs Laxus. Three dragon slayers in one area with a powerful lightning celestial spirit...that can't end well. I kept on walking the path and when I turned right I saw Lucy panting as if she was out of breath.
"Hey Lucy." She jumped as she looked behind to see me and sighed.
"It's just you Krista."
"Just me? That's a bit rude." This made her laugh a bit. She looked at me and I held my hand out to her and pulled her with me until we got to a safe area. After she rested a bit we walked around even though we were supposed to be fighting. We walked along one of the many streets that were in the city.
"No way you actually did that!"
"Yep! And you should've seen how upset ma was. I thought she was gonna blow any second if it weren't for Auntie." I laughed as Lucy looked off to the side.
"What about your dad?"
"Don't have one. I was adopted." My confession made her head turn up at me.
"Real ma gave me up when I was a babe. Had 3 dads but never really cared to search though since I had a big enough family at Soul Dragon." I grinned as I kept walking but I noticed that Lucy stopped so I looked back at her.
"I wish I was strong like you Krista."
"Huh?"
"I'm probably the weakest person at FairyTail not to mention I'm always the one who has to be saved all the time. I wonder if I should..."
"Don't even think about Lucy," I grabbed her shoulders and made her look right at me," you are strong. Stronger than you even know. Your not pathetic and your not weak so please don't say that about yourself."
I let go of her shoulders as she wipes the tears from her eyes. She thanked me as I saw a red light from behind Lucy aiming right at her. In an instant I pushed her to the ground as a red beam tore through my chest leaving me with excurtiating pain. But I did hear a voice ring out as I fell forward into a warm embrace.
"KRISTA!"
