Midnight's p.o.v
Kai still hadn't gotten up and it had been about 4 hours since the incident at the stadium. Her keys rattled now and then but nothing major. Luckily none of them came out yet. Why did she choose the crazy albino out of all the other- right cause if she choose anyone else they would probably kill instead of playing.
Shiro is one of the few keys that she has that don't really give a damn about what happened in the past and just wants to fight. He still holds a grudge but he just wanted to play with them until they all bloody and bruised. The other keys would have to be:Hiei, Killua, Ichigo, and Daiki.
I felt myself getting sleepy after thinking about so much. I tried to stay awake for as long as possible but eventually I fell asleep drifting into dreams.
Krista's p.o.v.
As soon as I sense that she fell asleep I opened my eyes. I grabbed my keys and headed out of the room and out of the hotel. I wore a black hoodie with white pants with a blue strip on each side. My keys hung from them as my hands shoved in the pockets as I walked in the town to the stadium infirmary. I sense no one inside but I was still hesitant to go in.
"I know you're there...you can come in if ya want." I hear it. Her voice...my mama's voice telling me it was okay. I swallowed and pushed the door open until I caught sight of an injured blonde girl. Lucy Heartfilia, my future mother. I lowered my head so she wouldn't see my face and came and sat right next to her bed. We sat in utter silence before I felt my hood come off my head making my eyes go wide.
I looked up to see that her sitting up with her hands on my hood pulling it down to look at me. Her smile was beautiful like always and it tugged at my chest even now. She was always able to make me feel this way even if she doesn't know me now she still makes me feel as if I did wrong.
I felt her hands caressing my hair before pulling my hair out of my sweater. Messy red hair fell and stopped before it could hit the floor. Her hand gave me comfort and made me feel safe. I laid my head on her lap as she petted my messy hair. I breathed in her scent of Vanilla and berries. I couldn't help be feel at peace and fell asleep on her lap like how I did when she did this the first time we met.
Lucy's p.o.v.
She didn't talk at all the whole time she was her and now she's fast asleep on my lap. I sigh as I run my fingers through her messy red hazard. It felt natural to do this and I couldn't help but not be scared of her after what she did. I feel like I have to protect her more than anything else.
When she came in I was scared but when I saw that she wouldn't look or talk my body seemed to move on it's own. Before I realized it I had taken her hoodie off revealing her spiky red hair as well as seeing her eyes go wide. When I got her hair out I couldn't help but marvel about how long it was. When she laid on my lap I smelled something like cherry blossoms, rain, and ash. When I look down at her I see a scared little girl seeking comfort from someone.
"I see she visited?" I looked to see master at the door.
"Master..." he shuts the door and walked over and observed the girl who caused my injuries.
"Lucy, she exactly like you."
"Huh! What do you mean?"
"From what I've seen she also cares about her nakama very much, probably as much as you. She who is as powerful as the two blockheads that she had beaten. For someone so young to have that much power, it's a shame." Master shook his head as he placed a hand on the sleeping girls head before chuckling quietly.
"She may seem cold and untouched but her heart has been burning. It burns as she plays cause the battles are for her a playground to have fun, not something that can...she has no fear of death."
"Master, her keys. Loke said that-"
I tried to tell Master what Loke had said to me when everyone left but he didn't let me finish.
"Yes, the forbidden keys." Master hopped down and grabbed the keys from her waist studying them as if confused.
"Loke said that they shouldn't be here. That they should be in the Hell Layer, which is a zone that is where spirits who have done many crimes are sent exiled from the celestial world."
"Why would someone like her have these keys?"
We both looked at the sleeping girl who didn't stir once from all the chatter.
