'This scene? Out of all of my memories this is the one that..' I don't finish my thought as the memory continues on.
The memory started out with Krista and her companions lurking on the side of the mountain looking for the demon.
"We've been searching high and low on the mountain for the demon, so how come we haven't found it yet?!"
"If you keep whining then it will surely come with all the ratchet that your making." Midnight says as she walks a couple yards away from Krista.
"Maybe we should take a break? We have been at this for a few hours now." The girl with pale blue hair says.
"I agree with Serena on this one. We've been at this for longer that my feet are about to fall off." Hikari stated as she gave a light laugh. Krista and Midnight sighed as they slumped to the ground from their friends happy go lucky attitude.
"Hikari, one day that attitude is gonna get you killed." Krista stated as she looked at her friend.
"Well than they better do the job the first time!"
"Enough already if your just gonna blab then stop being a drag and help search." The one with white hair stated as she seemed to get a little irritated at Hikari.
"But Skyler~" Hikari whined.
Serena began to laugh then slowly that laughter began to buzz over the entire group and they all soon were laughing too. The scene suddenly went dark as various of images came. The demon and the group facing each other. The demon swinging down at the group blowing them away. Magic circles appearing and letting out the force of magic. The demon roared up to the heavens as the group looked on. It all went dark until a voice rang out.
"I can't let it end like this. I refuse to let it happen." The scene changed to where you see a familiar black key laying on rubble before a hand grasped it.
Krista looked exhausted and was in terrible condition. As she held the key it began to glow an eerie black essence before covering her whole body with it. Krista stood with a black aura around her as she walk as if she wasn't hurt at all.
"Kai.." Hikari laid on the ground as she watched, along with her other companions, Krista head towards the demon. The demon looked down at her as Krista stopped walking yet never raised her head. It let out a terrifying roar before a distorted laughter came into play.
"Pathetic, and you call yourself a demon. I'll show you what a real demon is." Krista's head snapped up to reveal familiar and haunting glowing yellow eyes before her whole body was engulfed by the blackness. The key she held turned into a sword and as the black dispersed it revealed a boy with stark white hair, body, and clothes. The only blackness was in his eyes that surrounds his yellow eyes.
"Take this!" The boy brought his sword up before swinging it down successfully cutting the demon and killing it.
"Tch! I thought it would've been a lot more entertaining than that how boring."
"That's enough Krista!" Hikari had stood up still a bit wobbly on her feet. The boy tilted his head before scoffing.
"The kings not home right now, sweetheart maybe you should try some other time."
"What's your name?"
"Name? I have no name, but you may know me as Shiro." Shiro held a smirk on his face as Hikari was a little wrecked.
"Hikari just kill it already! Who cares what it's name is!" Midnight screamed obviously too far away along with the others to hear the conversation.
"You know it's not very nice to call someone an 'it'? But you were simple minded one."
"Shiro please let Kai go."
"Fine but only if ya beat me, but let tell you I'm way more stronger than Kai ever will be."
Hikari nodded her head and her own magic appeared while Shiro drew his sword wearing the cocky grin of his. The battle soon began but as soon as it started, it ended.
"And here I thought you were gonna be more fun than the demon, how disappointing."
Hikari just lays there on the ground glaring up at Shiro. Shiro frowned but then he grinned as he help her up to her feet.
"But I'll give king back to ya, maybe this will get her to start trusting her instincts a little more."
"Wha-" Hikari couldn't finish as Shiro thrusted his hand through her chest. Before fading away leaving Krista in the same position.
"Hope ya like your present, king."
Krista opened her eyes but as she did her eyes filled with horror as she looked on as Hikari fell backwards to the ground. She took her right bloody hand and stared at it before looking at Hikari's fallen form.
"What did I do?" She asked herself before she fell to her knees and grabbed at her head.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!" Her screams pierced the sky her torment. She went over to Hikari's body and brought it close to her.
"Hikari? Please wake up, Hikari. Come on, Hikari. Please don't leave... don't leave me, Hikari. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Hikari. Don't go, please." Krista's tears flow down her face, unable to stop them. She hugged Hikari's body tighter to her before letting out a roar like cry to the sky.
The last scene showed Krista inside a room sitting on a bed looking out the window. It zooms in on her face seeing it with no emotion and her eyes that were once lite with energy are now dulled in nothing like no one was even home.
