I woke up in my bed screaming. My parents ran into my room . their faces looked like they're ready to strike a murder.
" Nightmare?" my mom asked smiling.
I nodded while she sat by my bed.
" What was it about." my dad asked curiously while he pat my back , comforting me.
" Nothing special." I lied.
After a few minutes my parents left my room.
" Try to get some sleep." my mom said smiling before closing the door. After she left, I spent hours staring at my ceiling.
" What did that dream meant ?" I thought over and over again. That night i barely had any sleep because I was scared that the vampire dream would start over again after i close my eyes.
The next morning , I woke up like a zombie. I had a dark circle beneath each of my eyes. When i walked in the kitchen, both of my parents almost screamed when they saw me.
" Are you okay honey?" my mom asked me while she pour me a glass of milk.
" I'm fine , i just didnt get enough sleep." i said forcing a smile.
" Well, after we eat , I'll drive you to school, so you better eat fast ." my dad said laughing.
When I got to school, the bell rang for first class.
" Where were you ? Mikayla and Jackie were waiting for you. " my friend Maegan asked me.
" Sorry, I overslept today." I said yawning.
Before I say anything else, let me introduce myself. My name is Holly Knight ,and I'm 13 years old , a freshman in middle school. I have four close friends named Maegan , Mikayla , Jackie, and. I also have one childhood friend named Mike Gardener. I use to think my life was totally boring , but my life is about to get interesting.
