Armin Arlert - Don't you dare die on me

You saw your boyfriend sitting on a rooftop, frozen.  You had no idea why and raced over to him, as fast as your 3DMG would carry you.  But, the Titan approaching Armin was faster.

"Armin move!" you yelled to him, racing towards him as the Titan reached to pick him up.  "ARMIN!" you cried out.  You finally reached the rooftop where he was standing, but you were too late.  The Titan had him dangling above its open mouth, ready to devour him whole.

"ARMIN!" you cried out, tears streaming down your face as you used your gear to race towards him.  You reached out your hand t grab him, but it was too late.  He was gone.  You fell onto the nearest rooftop, your vision blurred with tears.  "YOU SON OF A BITCH!" you yelled, taking out your swords to attack the Titan.  You heard Armin's scream moving down its throat, into its stomach, which only made you cry harder. 

And then, a miracle happened.

Eren raced up to the Titan and forced its mouth open, using one of his swords to keep it that way.  A moment later, he pulled out a slime covered Armin and threw him onto the rooftop he was on only moments before.

"Armin!" you yelled as you used your gear to race over to him.  Not caring that he was covered in Titan saliva, you pulled him close to you.  "You're an idiot," you said as you hugged him. 

Slowly, his arms moved to wrap around you, until he jumped up to see Eren still in the mouth of the Titan.

"Armin..." Eren said, his strength failing him as he held the Titan's mouth open.  "You're still...  Gonna see it..."  His eyes were coated in crimson blood.  "You're still...  Gonna see...  The outside world."

"EREN!" Armin shrieked, reaching out for his friend.  But the Titan's mouth closed, and Eren slid down its throat.  You fell to your knees with even more tears in your eyes, both you and Armin screaming at the top of your lungs.  You just watched your boyfriend nearly be devoured whole, pulled out of a Titan's throat, and one of your best friends be devoured in his place. 

The miracle ended.

You pounded your fists against the tile of the rooftop, screaming as you did so.  When Armin's arms slowly wrapped around you, you stopped screaming and hitting at the roof, but it only made you cry harder.  "He-he's dead," you managed to stutter out between sobs.  "E-Eren is d-dead..."

Armin hugged you tightly.  "I-I know," he stuttered out, leading you to realize he was crying too.  Obviously.  Eren was his best friend.  "H-he sac-sacrif-ficed himself f-for me."

You hugged him, burying your face in his slimy shoulder.  You didn't care how badly it smelled, or how awful the texture felt against your skin, or the fact that it would take you forever to wash that out of your hair.  All you could think about were Eren and Armin.  "If I-I was faster to get to y-you, I would've be-been able to keep it f-from almost eating you...  Eren w-would still be alive."

"It isn't your fault," he said as he pulled you closer.  "You did y-your best, th-that's all we can a-ask..."

You wiped at your eyes furiously, standing up as you did so.  "Don't let him have d-died in vain," you said firmly as you stood up.  "C-come on...  Let's kill some Titans.  And g-get off this roof before another one spots us."

He nodded slightly and you two began to fight, and the battle was over before long.

"Armin?" you yelled, looking around for him.  You'd lost him in all the commotion, and the battle had ended nearly an hour ago.  "Armin?!"

"y/n?"  Armin's voice yelled back from across the crowd of people in front of you.  You both raced to each other, embracing when you finally collided. 

"You scared me to death, where were you?!"

"I was getting the Titan saliva off of me."  You noticed his wet hair, and he was wearing different clothes.  "I'm sorry, I should've told you."

You hugged him tightly, closing your eyes and burying your head in the crook of his neck.  "You are not allowed to die on me, you hear me Arlert?"

"I wouldn't dream of it," he said as he hugged you tighter than you were hugging him, which you didn't think was possible.  "You're gonna be stuck with me for a long time."

You chuckled as you wiped tears out of your eyes.  "And I couldn't be happier about it."
