Alicia's POV

I grab just about anything pink in the store. Duff said to get anything I want so I'm definitely going to, this is our baby. Of course he leaves the clothes and decorating up to me, which I don't mind.

I think our total came out to be $307. I didn't get everything Layla needs because we'll still have the baby shower that Steven and Jen is planning soon.

One thing I've always admired about Duff is that he has such a big heart. He would do anything for anyone, stranger or not. Layla is going to be one of the luckiest girls in the world, along with myself of course.

Duff drives us back to my apartment because that's where we want the baby to stay. The Guns N Roses house is no place for a baby to live. It wouldn't even stand a chance against all of the cigarette smoke and booze. Having a baby with a rockstar is the last thing I would've ever expected. But honestly, I like the unexpected. It's... I don't know, fun.

We took all of the bags (which was a lot), up to my apartment, and I showed Duff everything. He almost cried when i showed him this cute little onesie with little ruffles on the butt. He's totally a girl when it comes to baby stuff, but I think it's just adorable.

Even though I'm only three months along, we decided to get what we have set up.

Duff put the crib together, while I set up the high chair and baby swing. Of course we'll need other things too, but like I said, there will be a baby shower, which I am beyond excited for. I definitely have mommy fever. I can already tell Duff and I are gonna have so much fun.

Duff's POV

This stuff makes Alicia so happy. Don't get me wrong, it makes me happy too, but seeing her get so excited over these little things is just so amazing. It honestly makes me more emotional than anything. I'm such a girl, I mean I was almost crying hysterically when she showed me all the cute little onesies. If this baby isn't a girl, we're gonna be fucked in the ass big time.

I do think it's a girl, but it really doesn't matter to me what it is. As long as its healthy, I'll be satisfied.

"I'm finally done." I throw the horrible instructions down, and step back to look at my masterpiece. Putting together a crib is not as easy as it looks.

"I just love it! You did so good." And Alicia gives me a hug.

"This baby is already so loved." I feel tears starting to gather in the corners of my eyes. I told you I was a girl.

-------

After we got everything put together, I decided to call over to the Guns N Roses house and see how everyone is holding up over there.

"Guns N Roses residents, how may I help you?" I hear slash say on the other line. He's totally drunk , or high.... Or something.

"Hey man it's Duff. I was just calling to see how everyone is and check up on things."

"Oh. Yeah. Duff! How's it goin' man?"

"Pretty good. How are you all? I know you had a fun night of partying planned." I say.

"Were awesome dude! You should've came! The most booze and chicks I've ever-"

And the phone cut off.

"Weird." I sigh.

"What's weird?" Alicia says as she stops cleaning up the mess we made earlier.

"I was just on the phone with Slash and he hung up all of a sudden. Without finishing his sentence."

"That is weird. Maybe you should try calling back, or going over there?"

"I think I'll go over there." I say, and I get my jacket and leave. I'm in a hurry because anything could have happened. I know the way they party, and it's wild.

I open the door and see all the guys gathered around Slash trying to wake him up.

"Duff! We've been trying to wake Slash up for like five minutes and he isn't responding." Steven uttered. I think this is the most panicked I've ever seen any of them.

"You idiots! Why haven't you called 911?" I yell as I run over to Slash.

Axl immediately picks up the phone. "Okay they said they're on their way." He sounds worried too.

Knock knock knock

I rush over to the door to let the paramedics in.

They storm in and check some things, and then they put him on a gurney.

"This is bad." Steven says, almost crying.

We all shake our heads in agreement.

"I guess we should head over to the hospital and wait." Izzy says.

And with that, we all leave the apartment. I'm really glad I came when I did.
