Puck snapped his head up. "What the..." He was so shocked he couldn't finish his sentence. Perfect, Zadia thought. Because he was in shock, when the fairies ran down to attack, he didn't fight back, or at least for the moment. Zadia was overjoyed. Their plan was working! There was only one thing nagging at the back of her mind. What would happen to Declan once this was over?

The fairies had no intention of killing Puck, so hopefully Declan dieing wasn't an option. Eventually, Puck came out of shock and started throwing whatever he could at the fairies. A few fell over, and the doctors came over to treat them.

Zadia's plan was not discussed with the others. It was between Diecon, Shar, and her. They didn't want any complaints from the other's that she got to do the 'fun' or 'big' part. She ran down towards the monster jail. There, she used all of her power to freeze the door shut, and put a lock on it. It wouldn't stop Puck, but it would slow him down for a few seconds.

Next, she ran up behind Puck and pushed him over. She used the remainder of her strength to freeze him from his feet to his neck. Using all of the fairies powers combined, they locked the spell. Freezing the door may have been for nothing at this point, but it was better to have it done if things didn't work out, Zadia thought.

"What do you want? Can't I go for a walk without being ambushed by a bunch of lunatics?" Puck demanded. "Please," Zadia sneered,"Don't use that on us! We already know your plan to take over Avalon!" "What...how...that's not true!" Puck replied. He was horrible at lying. Almost all real faries were, but Zadia had spent most of her life outside of Avalon, therefor learning the technique of lying.

"Liar!" The fairies all yelled. "Now, Puck, dear," Zadia said much to sweetly. "Tell us how to undo Declan's spell. Now."  "Aww, what are the little fairies going to do if I don't? Get you unicorns to lick me to death?" Zadia froze him up to his chin. "No, we will just freeze you and let you sit here until you decide to tell us. What do you guys think?" All the fairies nodded in agreement.

Puck still didn't speak. Little by little Zadia froze him until only his eyes weren't. "Puck, if you knew what was best for you, you speak up." She lowed the ice, showing his mouth again. "Fine! All you have to do is take the book away. Then burn it and freeze the remainders in some parsley. Rub the book froze in parsley over his forehead. He should be fine."

"Okay, but if that doens't work, your punishment will be even worst." Zadia called. They all ran to the tree Declan was sitting under. "Okay, here's the plan: Shar and Diecon, you guys grabe the book. Take it into my room and wait for me. I'm going to go get the parsley and meet you there. The rest of you, go watch Puck and figure out his punishment. Ready? Go!"

Everyone ran their separate directions. There were fairies running North, South, East, and West. Shar and Diecon were the first to make it back to Zadia's room. A few minutes later Zadia burst into the room. "Here's the parsley!" She said. "Okay, we got the book. I already burned it." Diecon answered. They silently sprinkled the parsley over top of the book ashes. Then Diecon and Zadia worked together to freeze it. "Why don't Diecon and I go check on the other and Puck while you go fix Declan. Bring him over then." Shar suggested. "Sounds like a plan!" Zadia responded.

She took off through the door, and down the path. Gasping for breath, she reached Declan. He was still siting there, his hand in the position of where the book should be. Zadia took the ice and rubbed it on his forehead. After about 5 minutes, he returned to normal. "Where am I?" He asked. "No time for question's now. Follow me and I'll answer everything." She responded.
