mafumafu's p.o.v.
I shifted uncomfortably on the couch, looking back and forth from the kitchen and the tv.
It all started when Soraru-san said that "we needed to talk", I've gotten very nervous since then.
"Mafu." I jump as I felt his breath near my ear, slightly shivering at the feeling.
"Y-Yes?" I stutter, probably acting like a robot right now.
"What's wrong with you?" He laughed, "Don't tell me that you thought I was breaking up with you."
I shook my head sideways, "Of course not!" I lied, Thank goodness..!
"Good." He sits besides me and motions for me to face him.
"..Happy birthday, Mafu." He says, "Since it's your birthday today, I'll.. be your present.. for the whole day."
I blushed at that, "Really? Are you serious?"
"..Am I no good?" He looks at me, his face flushed red.
"No, no, no!" I flushed, waving my arms around as I realized that my wording was bad. "I was really surprised! Happy, but surprised!"
He nods, but I could see the tip of his ears are red if I squint.
"So.." I say once I calmed down. "I can do anything?"
"Mm." He averted his gaze.
"So.. I can do this?" I hug him tightly.
A muffled 'Mhm' was heard.
"And also.. this?" I brought him back again and kissed his forehead and his cheeks.
"Yeah." He gazes down as he blushes madly.
"Then.. What about this?" I slowly lean in, closing the gap between us.
I open my eyes a little bit, and I see Soraru-san squeezing his eyes shut.
I smile, How cute..
I pulled away, stroking his face with my rhumb. "Soraru-san, you're so cute."
He blushes, "I'm not.." He muttered.
I giggle, "Tsunraru-kun~~~~!"
"You.." He glares at me as I laugh.
I grabbed his hand and stand up. "Let's go to the bed?"
"..Ok." He nods, and we both walk over to the bed and laid down.
"Come closer." I said, and he slightly moves closer to me.
Once he's close enough, I wrapped him im my arms again.
"..You don't have anything else you want to do?" He asked, his voice slightly muffled.
I shook my head, "I just want to be with the person I love for my whole birthday." I smiled.
I pet his head, and he slightly leans into my hand. I look down and I see that he has a really pleased expression.
I slighhtly grin, and leaned down.
I kissed him on the forehead, cheeks, and nose. He seems to always blush at this, the tips of his ears turning red.
I also kiss the tip of his ears, which caused him to gasp. "Oi.. That tickles..!"
I giggled, and cupped his face. "I love you so much, Soraru-san."
His eyes widened slowly, and then averted his gaze as his face flushed red. "I love you too."
"Um, you know," He starts as I pet his head. "You don't have to do everything alone anymore."
"Hmm? What do you mean?" I muttered closing my eyes while listening to him.
"Whenever you're feeling depressed, or you're getting really stressed out from work, just come to me." He says, and I slightly tear up. "I'm always here for you."
"Soraru-san.." I open my eyes, and once I did so, I started crying.
He wipes away my tears with his thumbs and kissed me.
"Mou, don't cry on your birthday, Mafu." He says once he pulls away, brushing away some of the hair that blocked my face.
"Nee, Soraru-san." I sobbed. "You know, I'm really, really happy that you love me."
I sniffed, "I'm so glad that I was able to spend the last few days of summer with you."
I grabbed both of his hands and squeezed them tightly, and looked at him through my watery eyes.
"Let's stay together until the very end, okay?"
He stares at me a bit, before smiling and leaning down until our foreheads touched.
"Of course."
