“Is everyone’s here?” asked Lian while putting her black hoodie jacket.
“Ahmm… why are we gathered here? It’s the middle of the night Lian.” Reklamo ni Earl habang naghihikab.
“And what’s with the hood and jacket? Why do we need to look like we’re breaking into someone’s house?” tanong naman ni Drake.
“It’s because we do.” Said Chantele in an even tone of voice while pointing to the library.
“What?” sabay na wika ni Drake at Earl. Si Zach naman ay tahimik lamang na tumingin sa library.
“Are you guys trying to get us all kicked out in this University in the first day of school?” di makapaniwalang ani Earl.
“Earl, we need to break in to the library.” Said Lian
“We are students here, we can do this at day when it’s legal to enter the building.” Ani Earl
Chantele sighs at sumingit sa pagtatalo ni Lian at Earl. “You don’t understand El. The library we are breaking in is not the library of the University. There is a restricted room inside that. No students tried to enter that since the day I can remember. Only the headmaster and the gatekeeper Mr. Flinch is the one allowed to enter there.”
“And what are we supposed to find there? The last time I checked when we all entered the library 7yrs ago we got bumped up by a giant griffin! It almost killed us all!” exaggerated na pahayag ni Darke.
“But we’re friends with Spikka now.” Gigil na katwiran ni Aria.
Bumuntonghininga na lamang si Drake sa katwiran na iyon ni Aria.
“What information are we trying to find out there? Is it worth risking our stay here? Because if not I won’t allow you guys to go in there.” Maawtoridad na wika ni Zach.
Natahimika ang tatlong babae. At walang masagot sa tanong ni Zach. Aria decided to speak.
“Here’s the thing, we know the risk of going in there but inside that library is a map which can lead us on the treasure we are looking for.” Explain Aria in a metamorphic way.
“So basically, you guys have no idea on what you are looking for. You’re just suspicious.” said Zach analyzing the situation.
Natahimik naman ang tatlong babae. Totoo naman kasi ang sinasabi ni Zach. This is a blind shot.
“Seriously guys, we will all risk our lives just to get the treasure map? I’m so disappointed to the three of you!” pangangaral sa kanila ni Drake.
Sa narinig ng iyon ng tatlong babae ay hopeless na lamang nilang tiningnan ito. Then Chantele whispered to Lian.
“Lian, forgive me, but right now what I actually wanted to do is to kick Drake hard enough until his all crap is back to normal.”
Sumegunda naman si Aria. “Mind if I do the first kick?”
Natatawa naman si Lian na tumingin lamang sa kasintahan.
“Guys! We can’t let you do this.” Pagpigil sa kanila ni Earl
“We’re not asking your opinion on this, we just wanted you guys to know. If you don’t want to go with us then fine. We will do this alone.” Said Lian na halatang hindi na papipigil at buo na ang desisyon na iyon.
“You mean, you’re still going to do that even without us?” di makapaniwalang ani Drake kay Lian.
Lian apologetically smiles. “Sorry babe, we trust Chantele on this. We need to go in there. If di natin gagawin ngayon, kelan pa?”
