The place is dark and eerie. It feels like anytime ghost and monsters will suddenly emerge from nowhere hunting for justice. The surroundings look like no one lives on this castle for ages. Tall grasses are covering the whole garden in front and vines are almost covering some part of the castle. The huge metal gate covered with vines opened automatically as they are all standing in front of it.
Drake holds Lian’s arms at takot na takot na nagtago sa likod nito. Napalunok naman si Earl because he can feel cold chills running down his spine. Hindi sya matatakuting tao but the way things are right now… sure sya na kapag nagkatakbuhan ay hindi sya papahuli sa pagtakbo.
Ngunit ng bumukas ang pinto ay isang matandang kuba ang agad nilang nakita. Kulukulubot ang mukha nito at may hawak itong lampara na syang nagsilbing liwanag kaya nila nasaksaihan ang katakot takot niotng mukha. Iisa ang reaksyon nina Earl, Lian, Drake, Capri at Librio. Lahat sila ay sumigaw sa takot.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!”
“Alien!!” sigaw ni Capri
“Monster!!” sunod na sigaw naman ni Librio
“Witch!!” bulalas naman ni Lian
“Killer!!!!” exaggerated namang sigaw ni Drake.
Sa mga sinabi nilang iyon ay galit na tumingin ang matandang hukluban sa kanila. Agad silang napaurong ng sampung hakbang sa takot. Then Azalea speaks.
“Cleo… it’s good to see you again.” She smiled weakly.
Cleo looked down. “What are you doing here Azalea Aldwyne?”
“Aren’t you going to invite us in first?”
Sandali munang nagisip ang matandang tinawag na Cleo atsaka bumuntonghininga then she opened the gate wide.
Azalea smiled at them. “C’mon guys! It’s cold to talk here.”
“What are we going to do Lian? She’s inviting us to get in on that haunted castle!” bulong ni Drake
“We can’t do something about it. We walked for hours just to get here and the nearest house is too far away.. we can’t back out now.” Seryosong wika naman ni Capri at sumaunod na kay Azalea. Walang imik naman na sumunod na din si Librio.
“What if Violet and the two twins looked for us?” asked Lian kay Earl.
“I’ll send them a message to just stay in the Gemini. We have to know the reason why fairies here are like this… I got a feeling that this thing is connected to what Chantele told us earlier.”
“You think so?” asked Drake
Earl shook his head “So you guys have to stay sharp to every detail. This thing might lead us to The Black Order.”
“Alright.” Lian sighs then she walks papasok sa loob ng kastilyo kasunod ang takot na takot na si Drake na nakahawak pa din sa braso nya while Earl stayed for a while and scans the surroundings. The garden surrounded with tall grasses looks like it’s been years since its last clean-up. The fountain failed to produce water too kaya naman kulay green at puro lumot na lamang ang natira. Puro dumi na din ito na ang hula ni Earl ay dapat kulay puting fountain.
“Earl!” tawag sa kanya ni Lian at nilabas pa talaga sya nito.
“Yeah, I’m coming….” He said as he is taking last glance at the surroundings. Something is really familiar here.

Samantala kunot noo lamang itong pinagmamasdan ng isang puno na hindi maiwasang hindi pansinin ang kanyang kaweirduhan. “Yoh! old tree… do you think this dew drop is sweet?” she asked to the old tree na aware sya na pinagmamasdan sya kanina pa.
