Cracked.

Cracked. Torn. Ripped. Melted. Incomplete. Anything that can be used to say simething isn't whole. Isn't fused together like it's supposed to.

Now think of your closest friend, the single most trusted person you know besides your parents. The person that you go to when ugly rumors of you start spreading. And then you come to find out that it was your friend who was spreading the rumors.

Now that's how you feel. Cracked, like a piece is missing. Torn, like a part has been ripped from you. Ripped, like you can't be put back together properly. Melted, like you'll never be the same.

Trust. A small 5 letter word. Plays a big role in everyone's life. It can change someone's life forever.

Now think that you are now worried that your other friends could be talking behide your back as well. You close yourself off and out from everyone, not wanting to get hurt again. Months go by, you holed up in your room.

After months of hiding, one of your old, old friends comes into your room, let in by you mom. They sit down on your bed and they don't say anything, just sat and looked around your room. Eventually they get up, turn to face you, and pull your blanket off you. "Get up. Put on some real clothes, we're going out." You don't move, just stay, staring at your ceiling. "Now. Come on. We're gonna go see the others, they're worried about you." They grab your arm and pull you off your bed. "I will dress you myself." "I'm getting up."

Think. Imagine. Wonder. Dream. That you can possibly be whole again. That you can be who you used to be, again.
