Guys, I wanted to write a job chapter, but unfortunately I couldn't find a suitable urban legend. Obviously that wouldn't have stopped me but I thought it'd make things a bit slower...and I want to arrange Kass's entry soon. Then, things will go on a complete different level and secrets would finally start to unfold...

If it weren't for a truck to honk continuously at them, it'd have been very difficult to stop. It happened so suddenly and yet none of Laura's neurons was sensing any confusion. Her mind was crystal clear. She wanted more. And though it happened so suddenly and unexpectedly, it felt like the world's most clichéd statement - it felt like it was 'meant to be'.
She'd always imagined how it'd be when she'd meet her 'the one'. And in her last relationship she'd almost achieved that dream set in her mind, which, to her wellbeing or disaster, came crashing down within seconds. He wasn't 'the one', Amanda had explained her. Her insistence that she should move on and check whether this other person from the college was her supposed soul mate drove her towards yet another similar catastrophic relationship.
And soon she lost all belief in love. Yeah, that's when her friends started calling her The Sixty Year Old Nun.
But there was this thing about love which she didn't realise back then.
The world is full of people. And it is said your 'broken piece' can be anywhere in the world - from the bustling cities to some weird location in the Arctic circle maybe, anywhere. But that doesn't mean you should set off to the journey of the world forgetting all your daily life. God has arrangements for you.
You don't go looking for your soul mate. You just wait for him. And you won't even realise it until it's begun. And then you'd look at the sky, sigh at the most wonderful feeling and say - It was 'meant to be'.
The driver honked once, a second time and then shouted at them. Sebastian could no longer ignore the honks and he gently pushed her aside. She couldn't help but long for continuity. But as soon as their lips parted, the complete realisation of their act of sin which felt so divine surfaced in her mind, making her cheeks go wild red. She was glad it was night and they couldn't see each other's faces very clearly or it might have become more awkward when Sebastian would have joked about kissing a deep red tomato.
The engine hummed as they accelerated into the dark of the night. While her mind was pacing perhaps faster than his chevy with a million of thoughts, Sebastian looked calm. But there was a bead of sweat ticking down his forehead. Laura was the only girl who made him nervous at his favourite art. He decided to keep the fact to himself.
Laura's condition was worse. While Sebastian was pretty used to relationships, most of which didn't quite last longer than a day or two, to Laura, it was something similar and as deep as a marital bond. And all sorts of questions started arising in her mind like a huge wave of tsunami. She already had a lot to worry about, the Mercapto Problem, but her current action filled her with more thoughts than ever before.
She mostly kept looking out of the window although she couldn't see much and kept looking out until the cold air triggered a head ache and she'd to refrain from the window.
Sebastian also concentrated more on the radio ads and looked at the road with such nervous glare as if he was driving for the first time. So even he didn't start any conversation. And when he finally decided to speak, he realised Laura had fallen asleep, perhaps she was just pretending, he thought. He'd talk in the morning, he decided.
