Chapter 6: Ava

there's Xavier again...couldn't get enough!!!

This is the first night in our new pack house and Serena is already lovey dovey with her mate. I wish I could be like that but I can’t just be with someone that easily because we were destined to. Xavier has to make he want him and get me to fall in love with him. When I fall in love with him I will allow him to mark and fully claim me as his. But as for now I have to keep far away from him or temptation, and my wolf, will force me over the edge.

          After everyone else has gone to bed I stay downstairs. I go into the kitchen and look for anything edible in this forsaken house. I haven’t eaten anything in a day and I’m starving.

          I open the freezer and grab a tub of ice cream that’s just lying there. It clearly speaks: Eat me! I rummage through the drawers to grab a spoon when I firm body pressed me against the counter.

          When two hands grabbed my hips I knew who it was. Xavier pushed my hair to the side to kiss my neck. I couldn’t help the moan that escaped my lips. When he found my sweet spot he started to suck my skin. My hands gripped onto the spoon and ice cream tub tighter as he kept going. Then I felt his teeth. Oh for fuck sake!

          I turn around with my wolf speed and grab his face with both my hands, “Oh no you don’t.”

          He grins down at me, “You’re quicker than I thought.”

          I smile and nudge him aside. I took a seat at the counter and opened the ice cream. He took a seat next to me and he stared at me. Creepy much?

          [Just let him bite you!] My wolf growled within me.

          I ignored her and shoved a spoon full of ice cream into my mouth. His hand traveled onto my bare thigh-damn these short shorts! Then it started to move up and…way to close to my female area! It felt so damn good but I had to resist. I grabbed his hand and pushed it away.

          In one swift movement Xavier had turned the seat and pulled me onto his lap. He trailed kisses down my neck onto my shoulder. I leaned my head back to give him better access. My arms wrap around his neck to keep me balanced on his lap. When I felt his mouth outline my jaw I shoved ice cream into my mouth to keep those lips off mine. If those lushes’ lips touch mine I might as well say: good-bye willpower!

          He laughs when he catches sight of me. My cheeks are buffed out-full of ice cream. I swallowed and looked at him. His eyes are glowing blue, same as mine. He licked his lips and before I knew it his lips crushed mine. I whimpered against his mouth. I grabbed his face between my hands to keep it there while one of his hands was in my hair and the other on the small of my back.

          Ava get out of it now! My inner self screamed. My wolf was fighting against me. But I had to stop…and now!

          When Xavier tugged at the bottom of my bottom lip I denied him access which got him pissed. He growled in his throat but it didn’t scare me. I’m also an alpha; I could do the same thing.

          I smiled against his lips as I pushed him back. I mocked his smirk that he gave me earlier and got off the chair with the ice cream. I walked up the stairs to where George had said my room would be. Before I could open the door I was being pushed up against the wall. I looked down and Xavier was there. He wrapped both of my legs around his waist and forced my mouth back onto his. Before it could get out of hand again I bit his bottom lip and he dropped me.

          “I’m not that easy,” I say and open the door and stepped into the big master-sized room. Xavier’s scent hit me immediately. This is his room and I have to stay in his room because we’re mates-crap!

          I hear him laughing. I turn around and he’s leaning against the doorframe looking at me…smirking. That damn smirk of his. “Looks like we are going to be seeing a lot of each other.”

          “So,” I say and sit on the couch. I put the ice cream down and pull a blanket around me.

          Xavier came into my view again. He was shirtless and taking off his jeans. “Hope you don’t mind but I only sleep in my boxers.”

          “No problem,” I said kidding myself. He looked so damn hot I could feel my eyes start to glow. But two can play at that game.

          I got off the couch and yanked off my top exposing my bra. Good thing I wore my good bra today-black and lace…prefect! Next I slid down my shorts showing him my panties which march my bra. I look up and his eyes are glowing as well.

          “Hope you don’t mind, but I only sleep in my bra and panties,” I say smiling back at him and running a hand through my hair.

          “Are you coming to bed?” he asked his voice all raggedy with lust.

          I shook my head, “I’m fine on the couch.” I pick up the blanket again and wrap it around me. I lay on the couch and shut my eyes.

          Then two strong arms wrap around my waist and was carrying me to the bed. I squirmed in his grasp but he didn’t let go. He threw me on the bed and crawled in on the other side.

          “What the hell was that for?” I asked getting up to go to the couch again.

          “My mate will sleep in my bed with me no matter what,” he said in his alpha tone. He gripped onto my hips and suddenly I was on top of him.

          Straddling him like this isn’t the way I wanted to spend tonight, “Okay. I’ll sleep in the same bed but please give me time to know you before you claim me,” I say honestly.

          He can see desperation in my eyes and let’s go of my hips, “Sorry.”

          I get off of him and smile, “Its okay.”

          I get under the covers and drifted to sleep when I felt him pull me close. He spooned me and I couldn’t help but feel safe. I would love going to bed like this everyday.
