"Matt, take Chris with you to the West door. Joey, you and Tyler go to the East. Ian and Jake, North. Myself and Seth will take the South. Everyone else, get the perimeter and Louis, get them out. We'll attack them one at a time until they all come out," James instructs us.
"And remember, rip their heads off," Jake says, a small across lips.
"Yeah, pull a Joey," I mumble to myself, as we walk carefully around to the back of the building.
"Stay quiet," he warns me.
"I know how to be sneaky," I snap.
"She means something to me too, you know," he retorts, crouching behind a bush.
"Oh? And how is that?" I reply, false amusement seeping into my words.
"You don't care, so forget it!" he whispers, blinking his large eyes.
"Alright, just mention it then bitch out on me, cool story bro," I taunt. He glares at me, his large, pointy teeth bared.
"Fine? You really want to know? I love her, okay? I haven't imprinted on her, but I love her. Happy?" he says quickly but angrily.
I freeze. I knew they went out and that she liked him, but he loves her? Loves her?
"Oh," I say back quietly.
"Yeah," he mumbles.
"Shhh, I hear one coming," I say, just as the branches begin to break somewhere off.
"I call dibs," he murmurs, crouching down in more of a fighting stance. I can't help but grin to myself.
"What the hell," the vampire mumbles grumpily.
"Bye, bye, blood-sucker," Joey laughs, quickly jumping from his spot and killing the vampire, by means of ripping his head off.
I am actually in awe right now. He was able to quickly kill the vampire before it even had time to call for help of react.
Awesome reflexes, Joey.
"We call them out, now," he says quietly.
"Why?"
"Seth and James want us to. James gave me the memo," he continues, his ears bending down as if to hear a voice.
We prowl quietly towards the large house. It's a very old style, probably from around the 19th century. It's going to be hard to find her in there.
"When do we go in?" I ask quietly.
"Right....Now."
He take a couple of steps back, then runs full force at the door, sending it crashing down. You can here the shattering of windows and the splintering of wood from where our other wolves have come breaking in.
"They're here!" a frantic girl's voice says.
Four vampires come at Joey and me, but due to our extreme fury, we kill them in seconds.
Advancing in further, we see Seth having three just attacking him. I run as fast as I can towards him, knocking one off. While I knock him off, it manages to pin me down. It's blood red eyes stare down at me, an evil glint in them. I try to push him off, but he has a tight hold on my wrists, and when I struggle to get off, he tightens his grip.
Just then, he is knocked off me, and I look up to see the James is the one who did it, and the one who was on me is laying on the now broken coffee table.
I lunge at him, my fangs sinking into the rock hard skin of his neck, breaking it off, and ending his life.
"There's twelve more of them," James says.
