"Hey Erica?"
"Yep Louis?"
"I have a question that's kinda wired but you're a girl soooooo you can help me."
"Sure thing."
"So if a guy really likes a girl, but he doesn't know if she likes him that way, how can he find out?" he asks. My heartbeat quickens. Is he talking about?
"Well, just tell her how you really feel and see what she's says."
"And what would a guy say if he wanted to ask her out?" Yep, he's totally talking about me.
"Ummm just say I really like you a lot. And tell her what makes her beautiful, and then ask her."
"Okay we'll here goes nothing." he grabs his phone and texts something. I sit there, waiting for my phone to vibrate. But it doesn't.
"Uhhh Louis, you sure it sent?" I ask trying not to sound odd.
"Yep. Look she's writing back." His phone vibrates. He texts something again and it vibrates again.
"Yay!!! I got a date with Rachael!!"
"Wait! Who?" I say
"This girl from school who I really like, and it's all thanks to you." he shouts and gives me a hug. I bite my lip to keep from crying.
"You okay?" He asks
"Yeah fine."
But it wasn't fine. That was the first heartbreak of many

"What!" I snap crossing my arms across my chest shooting him an angry glare.
"Can we talk outside?" he asked taking a step back to allow me to step outside. I roll my eyes and chuckle.
"Hell no," I snicker as I watch his eyes harden.
"Come on! Stop acting so immature!" he groans as he runs his hands through his hair.
"Stop it!" I yell stepping outside and shutting the door behind me. "Stop making me seem like the bad person!" I choke as my throat burns and tears sting my eyes. I won't cry, not in front of this demon.
"Don't pretend that none of this is your fault!" he yells as his hands clench into fists.
"WHAT DID I DO?" I cry as I shove him hard against his chest. Shock is evident across his visage as his face grows red. I see the flash of rage in his eyes and step back, my back hitting the wall. He raises his hand and I shield my face waiting for impact but feel nothing. I peek through my fingers and see Louis breathing heavily with his eyes closed as he slowly lowers his hand.
"Look, I-"
"NO! You don't get a chance to turn on the bullshit machine! I want the truth. Why did you break up with me?" I ask my hands shaking as I hide them behind my back.
"Why do you have to ask so many questions?" he smirked a little, the familiar glint passing through his eyes. I could feel my throat tighten as tears started to well up in my eyes.
"Friends tell each other everything," I seethe spinning on my heels. I feel him grab for my friends but I don't turn around. "I guess we aren't even friends anymore, Louis." I yank my wrist from his grip as I storm to my car.
"Oh come on!" He cries sprinting up next to me. I open my door as he hip bumps me to the side and slides into the driver's seat. He slams the door shut and starts the car before rolling down the window.
"You coming?" he asks raising his eyebrows.
"Hell no!" I shout, "Now get out of my car." He chuckles lightly before meeting my eyes.
